Ive created a list of contacts from QBO reports and I would now like to send them all an email with an attachment. Can I do this from QBO?
Is there an option when importing bills into Quickbooks to include the "CUSTOMER" field to map to the CSV Import file? This would be so useful as we import hundreds of bills each month and they need to be tracked by customer so that we can run our PLs by customer.So many good things about QBO yet this seemingly fundamental field box is missing from the Import data mapping boxes.I'm sure I'm not the only business who needs this function.
i am having trouble in resubscribing. the payment method is not updating. there is no problem with the card as the same card is used for other QB accounts. i need this problem to be solved asap , my account is deactivated, my work is all blocked because of this problem.
Id like to create a dummy account to try things out, but dont want the data to appear in my accounts. eg to see what an new invoice format would look like. Is this possible?

I want to enter the same payment terms to multiple customers. On QBD it was really easy to enter payment terms to multiple customers using the list.On QBO it seems you have to click into each customer individually and go to payment terms and amend. This is far too time consuming. Anyone know of an easier way?There seems so much QBD could do that QBO can't. I'm getting very frustrated as I had to move to QBO because QBD ceased 30.06.23.Help please.....

Managed to get it set up with just sterling account, note how it shows sterling sign for all.... Should show dollar/euro my guess is, it thinks they are three sterling accounts They are all identified as main 2402 from what I can see... They should have separate IDs right?
We have a huge number of pay categories that we no longer require. I don't have the option to remove them as it says they have been used this year. Some of these are categories that we haven't used for several years (i.e Furlough Pay). Is there a way to remove them or make them inactive when they are no longer relevant?
Hello, I wish to remove multi currency from my quickbooks account but the system says I cannot remove it- is there an easy way to do this please or do I need to contact support?
One of my clients was using Quickbooks Desktop for many years, until they were persuaded to change to the Online version in 2020. The data appeared to migrate across satisfactorily, and whilst there was some functionality missing from the Online version compared to the Desktop they changed their working practices to accommodate this and after a few teething troubles all seemed to be well. In June 2021 customers and suppliers started appearing in duplicate, and sometimes in triplicate in the search box, and unless you clicked the "correct" one then you would get a message about the customer or supplier being inactive. This obviously meant that it was taking up to three times longer to go into a customer record than it should do. A lovely person called Danielle tried to help via the screen sharing thing on Quickbooks, and eventually decided the problem had to be escalated to Tier 2. I run a third party debt collections agency. I collect funds for my clients and deposit the funds into my business account I then subtract my commission from the total collected and then send the check the client. how do I record this in QuickBooks. Also should I have a separate account for clients funds only.

This is a fairly fundamental field without which we cannot setup QBO Advanced to handle the data we have been using for years in the Desktop version. It doesn't make sense to have it in the Sandbox and not have it in the live system. Even if the Sandbox is the US version, it also doesn't make sense to have it in there and not in the UK or, I suspect, other country's versions. Please, please, please, switch it on for everyone, Intuit! It's always possible that I am just not seeing it, but I have looked really hard. Without Customer Type we cannot import data into Advanced Online with all of the information we need.
