We show the "Product/Service" column on invoices and delivery notes. We set the column width to 15 in the template editor (i.e. the smallest). On an invoice everything is fine. On a delivery note the column is 3x wider, squashes the other columns and looks poor. Can this be fixed?

I need some help. Is there a way to import the data from excel. I am creating a long estimate over 150 lines. Is there a way I can just import this data into the estimate invoice because copy and paste is too much work for me.
To use paypal and connect it in your QB i know that you must make a deposit into it then you transfer to other accounts or pay people , make your transactions etc, however I have a scenario where a client of mine just made purchases or transfered using a card but using the paypal mode. If i try to categorize these in any way- it creates double entries. (Money was not deposited into paypal first by the way so paypal just shows the transfers and purchases done but it shows a negative balance on the balance sheet) My question now is how can i fix this.

Hi I have used Quickbooks now for years, 2003 was the last version update I did and so have kept a machine in the office year after year solely for use with quickbooks. During this enforced lockdown I have been updating the office, the computers, and also software used. Now I work on macs so can run parallels with a legacy operating system such as xp to carry on running my version of quickbooks - now looking at todays quickbooks subscription offering - I have to ask is there any alternatives? I dont want help .. just want a very basic accounts program like my 2003 quickbooks that will run on modern operating systems - part of me thinks scour amazon or ebay for quickbooks 2016 - I mean thats 13 years newer than what I am used to (lol) Or has anyone here any other thoughts or suggestions? can a one of payment be made for quickbooks?Many thanks
I work for an After School Club, we work with childcare voucher companies who will make 1 payment to our account which will then need to be split between 3/4 parents' accounts. Is this possible if I link my Metro Bank Account to Quickbooks Online? Thanks
we have been using this product entry for several years and even quotes done today have gone out o.k. if we delete that line on the quote and re-add it it still changes the value

The company currency is GBP but I would like to hold ledger accounts with different currencies so that when I do a bank transfer between a bank Euro account and to GBP euro account, use conversion rates and capture FX gains and losses. At the moment is is seems all my bank accounts even thought of a different currency are linked to GBP ledger accounts.How can I fix this?
