Hello,I am experiencing an issue when categorising a foreign currency supplier in QuickBooks. Here is a detailed description of the problem:When I categorise a bank feed transaction from a supplier who uses a foreign currency (in this case, EUR), the bank feed amount is in GBP (Pounds).After categorising this bank transaction, QuickBooks is automatically creating two separate entries under the same bank transaction.Both entries display the GBP amount (e.g., £86.72) but are shown in EUR (€86.72), which is incorrect since it should reflect the actual conversion rate.As a result, I end up with two duplicate deposits under the matched transactions list, both showing the foreign currency (EUR) with the incorrect GBP amount.I have attached a screenshot for reference, which shows how the transaction is incorrectly duplicated in euros.Thank you for your help.

We have unique identifiers in our chargebee system which I would like to show in the Customer list. I'd like a field before Name, Company Name, Phone etc to show teach separate identifier. Is this possible
I neglected to enter my transactions during July and August, came back to quickBooks this morning to do my VAT return and found that when I try to categorise transactions there are only about 10 options left for me now, all the others I created have vanished.

A customer has overpaid by £10.80. They want a credit note as it is their year end. We can't raise a credit note can we, as that will increase what we owe them. Surely we either keep it as an overpayment towards their next invoice or send the money back
HiHas anyone managed to connect Quickbooks Online to PowerBI in the UK? In PowerBI there should be a QB app but it doesnt appear. Does anyone know if it has been removed?Thanks
Hello, I am interested in Using QB. My business started over a year ago so we have a lot of quotations and invoices generated with google docs from inception to now. Am I able to upload these past quotes and invoices to QuickBooks along with their correct date which would be before current date? Thank you

I am setting up a new company. Uploaded the orginal rectangle logo and only after realised it had to be square. Now cannot replace the original logo in Account and Settings. Any help appreciated.

I've created a customer as a head office and want to allocate other customers to it. I cannot select that head office customer though.
I've been looking at whether to upgrade our charity from QBO Plus to QBO Advanced. As QBO doesn't support charity functionality in the way that other products (e.g. Sage Line 50) do, we've had to use Classes and Locations as a work-around to give us our distinctions between departments (classes) and funds (locations) to be able to meet UK legal requirements for charities. When trying to find out about Classes and Locations in QBO Advanced, I've come across a number of pages that suggest these are only available in QBO Plus, including pages that have been updated within the last week (and you launched QBO Advanced UK much earlier this year). See "Turn on class tracking in QuickBooks Online", "Get started with class tracking in QuickBooks Online", "Create and manage classes in QuickBooks Online", and "Set up and use location tracking" (though I do see that this last page was last updated in December 2022).
