How to enter a customer payment that has a processing fee? Example: Bill is $2500.00 they pay using Square. Amount recieved/deposited into our account is $2412.

The customer paid via Credit Card - and they charge a percentage processing fee.  How do you enter the fee into quickbooks?

Hey,We use quickbooks online, can you tell me how to use the purchase order function with regards to our customers and stock , rather than our purchases with suppliers?

We have the column available on our products and services page, and the details have now appeared on the "edit" section of those stock items. But i cannot see where to input any info.Is this available with an extra Sales package ?
