can i roll back payrun on QBOadvanced payroll ?
Hi there, I run Standard Payroll through Quickbooks Online and have had no issues with workplace pension calculations (all done automatically) - correct pension deductions each month. However, for the April payroll the deductions were incorrect, and having investigated by looking at the Workplace Pension report, it looks like the 'Pensionable Earnings' is what is causing the issue. In the report, this figure is showing as a lot lower than the earnings used in other calculations. Example:- March figure Pensionable earning £1066.00, pension contribution £42.64 (ie 4%)April figure Pensionable earning £546.00, pension contribution £21.84 (ie 4%) But the salary of this employee hasn't changed, they were still paid £1066 in April. So why is the pensionable earning now showing a lot less in the report? Any ideas what has changed and why?
The address of the company on the payslip shows "NO ADDRESS LINE 1". How to I change that?
Hi there, I would like to file a complaint on my case and payroll migration process. Have been using the patrol for few years before and was totally happy with it. This April the payroll wasn’t operational any more in QB and I had to schedule a migration as this was the only option on the screen. Before doing that I gave a call to QB payroll team and spent an hour on the phone to clarify and confirm that this was the only option ( I didn't want to migrate initially), secondly because I didn’t need the Payroll advance as the company payroll is very basic I asked to transfer the company to Payroll basic and received a confirmation that this would be done. A week later (today) I gave a call again to find out that the migration to standard PR wasn’t done and that to do that I would lose all the data and would have to restore it myself. The payroll team member sent me the form below which has luck of logical sense (1st and last sentence of the 1st paragr
remove scheduled pay run
is it claimed as a asset?
Is it really true that we have no payroll product after 5/4/20? I tried and tested the QBO payroll p;roducts last year and their functionality was abysmal. Basic features like unscheduled payrolls were missing. They was no electronic import of data from QBD payroll to QBO payroll, necessitating a pointless, lengthy manual re-entry of employee data. Is there a checklist of which QBD payroll features are now supported in QBO payroll? We need this to assess whether it's worth giving migration from QBD to QBO another shot. Last time, it was a very frustrating experience that I am not keen to repeat!
