In sick pay accruals, does the "reset hours every new year?" refer to calendar year or fiscal year? If calendar year, is there any way to change it to fiscal?

Having read the materials online for the Canadian version of Quickbooks Online Advanced Payroll, it seems I am not able to print checks for payroll, but when I asked support, I was told this was possible. Can I get a definitive answer? I called in and it was confirmed, Advance payroll's primary payment method is intended to be direct deposit, and it's hard (though not impossible) to print paper checks.

Hi, I was just wondering if there was a way to edit the formatting on the generated T4 slips. Some of the formatting changes that I want to make include the following... 1) Editing the Employer section of the Slip so that there isn't an empty space between the "Company name" and the "Company Address" 2) Edit the last name of the employee(s) on the generated T4 slips so that the last name isn't in All Caps.
