I pay the majority of our sub-contractors via E-Transfer. I do my transfer through my banking app but I need to record that I have made a direct payment to my Vendor
I'm from Quebec and the federal and provincial taxes and the RRQ are not properly deducted from the payroll. It was alright before the 1st of July but since, I have to manually change them.It take out like $ 110 to much on the RRQ.Thank you,
Ok I will try to get an answer from someone who knows Quickbooks. I am entering in YTD for payroll. Jan to July. I have entered the YTD as do not affect accounts. The opening balance shows no amount to carry forward in the payroll liabilities, on the Bal Sheet. but does show up in the pay liabilities window, I was able to pay the deduction for July in this window in August. How can I get this amount to show on the BAL sheet without affecting retained earnings?
I am currently entering in YTD employee information for the calendar year 2023. Our fiscal year is Aug to July. I would like to enter in the fiscal year payroll, but do not wish to affect the retained earnings. As well how do I enter in source deduction payments as the Payroll Liability has not reduced as at the year end.
It will only give me archived forms. I need current PD7A form for this month

I deduct money from 2 employee's paycheques as per their requests. This money accumulates and I can view it in the deductions report.Is there a way I can link this to an account so that I can pay it out when he requests payment from his held funds?
It seems I can only give my bookkeeper AR and AP.. Is this efficient to have my bookkeeper this limited in her duties, or must I give her full access to my firm, my clients, my subscriptions and all payroll?

Hi There,We use QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Payroll. We currently don't have any employees and would like to file nil payroll remittance to CRA via QuickBooks Online. Can you please advise how to do this? Thank you
