Im an accountant with clients, Need assistance setting up QBOA.Only learnt about QBOA much later.
After import via QBO format the results shows incorrect Decimals for amounts-it is probably an incorrect setting somewhere R 6,900.00 instead of R 69.00R 26,500.00 instead of R 265.00R 7, 500.00 instead of R 75.00R 5,000.00 instead of R 50.00Where and how do I fix this please ?
When doing the bank account setup to Nedbank, the process prompts for an OTP.I am using the Authorise-It security feature of Nedbank on which you authorise login request via the Money App.The request comes through when setting up the account, and I authorise it, but QuickBooks asks for an OTP. There is no OTP to enter, so it is impossible to complete the bank account setup. Is there a way to get past this without compromising on security settings of my online banking? If not, can this be fixed? It is really inconvenient.
I need to download a cash flow planner, however the export to pdf button is not showing
How do i transfer ny online data of QB back to my desktop version??
Hi there I am curious to find out how other quickbooks clients migrated their data from desktop to online? Quickbooks is telling me it can take anything from 14 days and I can't stop using Desktop or start using online so I am stuck. I cant start fresh as I have over 10 years of data from the Desktop. Online entry of 2/3 weeks will not be possible. Any reccomendations? Thanks
Good dayHow can I do invoicing quicker and accurate? Can we import an excel list? My director provides a list, which I manually capture.
Nedbank has been unable to connect for several weeks now. I have contacted QBO endlessly and have been given a couple of reference numbers as well as an "investigation" number (69542). None of which are particularly helpful as the issue is still not fixed. Initially I received the error 155. I disconnected my accounts and tried to reconnect. That did not work and the notice I saw was "try again later". Now I am getting a message which reads "Nedbank Personal and Business Banking blocks QuickBooks Online from connecting with them......Let them know you'd like to be able to connect....." Does this mean that QBO has given up trying to sort out the issue and that Nedbank will NEVER be able to connect to QBO? The CSV import function never seems to work and it takes way too long to format endless CSV files. I am now resorting to entering all the transactions manually. This isn't acceptable. Can ANYONE shed some light on this? Do I have to move to another accounting package? Thanks
I've checked all answers on the community but I still don't come right. kindly assist
Can I have an excel csv template to manually import bank statement into Quicktrav?
I am helping my wife move her accounts from Desktop QB2006 into Online. `She loves the online program but we need to get her historical data uploaded. The standard online help refers to a Desktop Restoration Tool that I downloaded but it only loads US companies. Any advice would be very welcome!
My sales on wix online stopped reflecting in QuickBooks anx product is wix not syncing

The CLIENT details on the Quickbooks data base at your control point are INCORRECT. We have to change passwords but the confirmation goes to a non existent telephone number
Have tried several times and also asked QB to contact me twice which did not happen. I do not receive an email that it is successful and when logging into QBO the data is not there.
Im using Microsoft Edge and I selected the URL and replaced anything after /app/ with exportqbodatatoqbdt. The "Export overview" displays but i cant proceed from there.
Hi Is it possible to import a purchase Order from Excel or a CSV file into QBO? I have large Purchase Orders of approx 80 - 100 lines at a time and would like to be able to pull this data into QBO instead of manually typing the Stock codes and then the Quantities. Many ThanksGraham
