Customer Support is hopeless, all they say is, their functions are limited in QBOA, they are transferring my support to concerned billing team, this is the same message i got for last 7 times

I think that monthly payment of 561.27 for 12 months is not going through. change setting to 561.27 * 12 = 6735.24 will pay as one time. talking to wall feel helpless.

Let's say I bought an E-bike for 3000 euros. According to the Dutch government, I cant deduct the whole amount all at once but have to do it over 5 years. So 600 euros per year. I also get 21% vat back but that's immediate. How do I register this in my QB Online?
