I have a custom report I need for government reporting. It's a transaction report grouped by customer. How do I customer it to by default open so that groupings are collapsed - I only need totals per customer not the expanded list of transactions. Or is there a shortcut to collapse all groups once I open the report?

Stupid SMS or email codes - never heard of an authentication app. Terrible interface, very slow and clunky to use. Terrible software. I am glad I have avoided this crap for years and only use it now because a client insists. Within a year or two I will have persuaded them to move to accounting software which works simply and easily.
The record of invoice activity shows wrong. We sent the invoice on the 12th but the customer's viewed date is before the sent date. How can I fix this error?
My client would like to know if any transaction is missing an invoice/attachment. Is there a way of finding out?
