I have been seeing the following message for the last 10 days on my dashboard. It is not showing my most recent transactions (revenue or expenses) Please advise as I am unable to connect with someone via chat as well. When I try and inactivate the square accounts QBO is giving me an error message saying they are needed in an automated workflow.
When I try to review my expense transactions to categorize them, the app is unable to load them and this has been the case for 4 days or more. It said try again tomorrow but nothing has changed with the time I wait. What do I do.

For example, I have a category in square and quickbooks, called "Sheet Sets", in the category, in square, I have the item "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets 1800" and under variations, Twin XL, Double/Full, Queen, King. In Quickbooks, the items are named "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets 1800 Twin XL", "Comfort Plus Sheet Sets Double/Full" etc.
