Hi, I have tried to import the custom form for Estimate in Quickbooks Online. I have mapped field value with <SKU> but it did not show on Estimate form once it's done. Please advise how to manage this issue. Thank you.
Hi, I use quickbooks self employed. A few days ago one of my bank accounts (natwest) linked is not showing the latest transactions from the past few days. From the transactions page it says I need to renew my NatWest connection. However, when I press renew connection it takes me to the new connection page but its not showing the renew connection tab for NatWest and instead it is saying that the account was updated a few minutes ago?!

I have just subscribed to QBSE for my husband who is a self employed Bricklayer. I can't seem to be able to pull his name and address through to the invoice any ideas, or should I have subscribed to QB online instead, any advice would be helpful. I just want something simple.
Hi All, After 45 mins on the phone and extensive research online for CIS for the desktop version. I can only see that there is a way to turn on CIS in QBO (Quickbooks Online) but there is nothing of that sort in QBD (Quickbooks Desktop). CIS AS A SUBCONTRACTOR:Cis for subcontractor is basically a retention/withheld tax from the customer which can then be claimed back end of the year. One way round I found to work out is that if I create a "retentions paid account" and an item linked to that account which can then be added to my CIS invoices as a -ve (negative amount) where I would need to calculate the figures manually. Thus bringing the total invoice amount down by the CIS deduction amount. This way my invoice is e.g 100-20=80 (total amount less CIS) which we would actually receive. That 20 will go into my Retention account under AR or current assets. CIS AS A CONTRACTOR:When I am a contractor, I am not sure as to how/where to treat the deduction mentioned on bill
Is there anyway on Sales Orders to show who processed the order on the printout?
Can you change the number of items that show on a page. For example when in customers it only shows my first 50 customers and then I have to click next to get to the next 50 customers. I would like to see more so I don't have to clicking next especially when I make a change and go back, it takes me back to the first lot of customers so it is taking a lot of time to go through them. Reason I ask is I have transferred over from Sage which hasn't brought over the customer numbers so need to edit each customer account which is long winded and time consuming!

Hi, I am trying to contact QB Self-Employed Subscriptions Support out of hours... I am new to QuickBooks. I installed QB Self-Employed iPhone App by mistake two days ago. I later found I wanted QB Accountant iPhone App because I have already subscribed to QB Online Simple Start at about £7.99 pm and they pair up well. So I don't want the QB Self-Employed App, I intend to uninstall it after and request a refund of the £3.99 I have paid. Thanks for listening, Richard Davey PS can I contact QB Support by email?
You would have thought this would be simppllleessss, but noti know how to add car registration number but no help to remove one when you have 3 already on,this is no rocket science !!!!!or is it ????????
Hello all, Am adding expenses to QB invoices. When the invoice gets paid/processed should I exclude the expenses amount in a split or should I declare the whole payment as business income and offset that by categorising the expenses as my own business expenses. Just looking for confirmation of best practice Many Thanks
