does anyone know why i can't sort columns in spreadsheet sync product and services template. It is asking for a password but not sure what this can be as have tried all my normal ones!

Hi, Im looking to move over from Sage to Quickbooks. Ive nothing against Sage but I'm after something slightly more user friendly for the layman.  Ive read all the various pages on the process of migrating your data over and it frightens me.Im worried I will make some costly mistakes whilst doing so.  Which will result in hours spent putting it right.Am I right in thinking that Pre covid, Quickbooks used to offer a service to do this for you?I would pay a 3rd party (within reason) to do this. Or am I over thinking things? Is the process more straightforward then it sounds?   Any advise is greatly appreciated.

When I try and change the county from the drop down menu in company details the system freezes and I have to eventually refresh the screen and try and start again?

I appreciate Desktop support finished in the UK last year, however we keep the program for historic information we occasionally need to review, we are not currently using it. I have upgraded my machine and am now on Windows 11.  It has been registered by my IT team but when I go to use it, it will not let me without a Validation code and Customer number. I have tried the UK numbers with no luck. Is there anyway to obtain these? 

Ive contacted Costumer Support at the beginning of December due to not having recieved my referral rewards for inviting people. Its been of 150 days and were nearing towards mid january but i still got no response regarding the delay of my reward.

Hi allI am using Quickbooks Premier Accountant version 2010 for desktop for last 14 years, currently its in regular use but due to the desktop has tecnical issues,I need to move the software to new desktop.Unfortunately I had lost the original disk, I have license number and product number, also the licence is registered and regularly refreshed. I have spoken with quickbooks team by phone for online drivers but not available with them, and I got suggestion from quickbooks team to check with community for any other option or I can find the disk for particular version from somewhere. Please suggest any options.Thank you

I have downloaded my May mileage but the spreadsheet shows no transactions...however I have reviewed all of my journeys in May and can see them in the App...I tried the help section in the App but there seems to be no way to engage a human being!

We use QBO to manage staff expenses. They submit the expenses, they are then reviewed and, if OK, we "Create expense".  In order for these expenses to be reimbursed to employees via our payroll, I typically go to the Expenses screen and select the relevant date range and do an export, that I pass on to our payroll team. However, I have realised today that the filter and export work using the transaction date and not the submitted date.  So, if an employee is a bit late submitting their expenses and they submit a claim for an expense that was transacted in a previous time period, then there is no obvious way for me to tell.  I have tried running the Expenses by supplier summary report, but that can't be used to cross-check, as it only provides the net amount (excl. VAT).  What I need is a way to view all expenses logged in a specific time period, so that I can be sure that staff are being properly reimbursed, or to be able to mark an expense

So i had a Quickbooks Premier accounting 2014 edition installed, i recently had to reinstall Windows on my PC, I'm installing the same Quickbooks program again but its not taking my licence number or product code, I live in south Africa so there's no way for me to call support. and i also don't want to buy a new licence.

Can I automate purchase order approval through QBO (UK) for everything above a certain value? If not, how are people dealing with approval of PO's/Bills or are you having to do it manually?

Is there something going on with quuckbooks … literally cannot access it on my laptop .. on iPhone it works fine but when I try to login in on desktop it allows me to enter password and passkey then I just get the 4 dots circling 🙎 checked internet connection and all updates but still nothing .. anyone else getting issues ? 

been off work for around 2 weeks, tried to open qb today on my iphone as per usual but app wont open instead returns to homescreen after half a second...uninstalled app, turned phone off, installed app, checked software up to date both ends, etc etc etc.what seems to be the problem please, thanks

I'm currently using Quickbooks Pro 2016 (desktop version, non-subscription based) and it seems I'll be somehow force to move to the online version at some point. The desktop version is still working but who knows which Windows-update will break it - there are already issues with it's built-in Internet Explorer usage but that is not really affecting what I need to do with it. In a previous round of research on moving to the online version, I found a mention of some desktop software that can be installed that will be able to read Quickbooks desktop files for historical purposes. Unfortunately I did not download it at that time and now I cannot find the link. Does anyone know whether this exists and where I could download it?

Hi, I have been trying to add a company logo to my invoices. I am using Quickbook Self-employed. Is this a more simplified version of Quickbooks because the help information I have found shows instructions that don't match the options I have available to me. Below is an image from the help page I found. Under that is what I see on my page. Can someone help?  

This has not happened before. If you fully spell the name of the customer, then you just get one entry. But that surely defeats the purpose!!!!
