I have just migrated from QB Desktop Pro to QB Online and am setting up recurring transactions. I want to be able to see those I have set to 'reminder' when I log in. Tasks on the Dashboard tells me to 'View reminders', but the link does not work. I use Chrome. I have cleared caches and cookies and restarted my desktop but it still doesn't work in Chrome.I have tried an incognito window and it works OK. Please, does anyone have any suggestions?

HiI've just started with QuickBooks and am teaching myself as I go along. I've entered details of bills from some suppliers (including setting up the suppliers) and they now appear in the expense transactions screen. What happens if I click 'Make payment'? I've made the payment in real life through the bank account and want to be sure that if I select this they won't get paid again. (I don't even know if QB can make payments - I have set up the link to our bank account though.)ThanksJo
On my QuickBooks account desktop screen the data of the profit and loss and sales are misaligned despite the date range being the same. I have read other articles and have not been able to redeem the issue. This leaves me unable to know for certain how much money mt company is making. Thanks for the help!
Now that the CJRS portal day is finally here, I was impressed with the number of helpful emails from HMRC telling me that this easy step-by-step process was now open.That euphoria dissolved when I spent a number of hours trying to find a way of getting into the portal. I logged into the Company's Gateway account. Apparently you can only move forward if your account already has the PAYE for Employers service enabled.We've never used the PAYE for Employers service and I can't really see who does use it. Using any modern accounting package connected with HMRC for RTI, who would need to use it? Anyway, I've gone through the process of requesting this PAYE service to be added to the account, but it does not accept the reference information. Certainly correct as I copied it from QB.I notice that in the QB Advanced Payroll HMRC settings, there is another different HMRC user ID and password which enables RTI connection. Is this the login I now need rather than our old HMRC GG login?It's been a
I cannot open quickbooks through the desktop app, an error comes up saying Oops! quickbooks has encountered a problem and I have to cancel or relaunch. How do I resolve this ?
Hi. I ran my payroll for the first time this month using Quickbooks Advanced Payroll where had previously been using PaySuite (now discontinued). Quickbooks kindly migrated the data over and set up 3 pension schemes for the three different rates of pension contributions; however, after I ran payroll and set up Pensionsync it was pointed out to me that I should have imported data from Pensionsync/Pension Provider and had the 1 company scheme with 5 plans and that the pension plans that were migrated over were wrong. I have edited all employees and put them on the correct scheme/plan so noone is now on the incorrect scheme but when I go to delete the incorrect pension schemes I get an error saying "Delete failed, there are employees associated with this scheme". Do I need to delete the entire payrun and then resubmit in order to get my employees onto the right scheme/plan? If so, I have already submitted my FPS to HMRC so how does this work - do I just submit an EPS?

Hi there, I run a shop in the UK selling bottled and canned beer for off sales, as well as somewhere for customers to drink in the shop as well. Anyway there's what I do, so we have been using an accountant for our VAT and end of year books etc, and it is getting very very expensive, especially when you are owing them money during Covid-19 and you are not actually open. So we are looking at ways to move away from relying solely on the accountant and bring the cost down, which is how we decided on Quickbooks. So I am really new to this and have been playing about with the software, but still need some help and guidance, as it seems a bit unclear how to use for a shop. We don't send out any invoices to people, we recieve them off of suppliers when we buy new stock, and in the shop we don't do everything by individual sales, we tally up at the end of each day what we took in cash and what we took on card and total it up to what we made that day. For some reason QB has duplicated my bank account, so it's showing 3 accounts (although they are the same one) meaning my total cash is incorrect. Can I delete the two accounts that it's duplicated? If I do will it delete all 3 accounts and could I then lose all my data?
Hi everyone, We create a chart of account to record expenses of a trip. Now we have this account with a negative value and we need to put this value at zero and return the value to the person (employed) who paid this travelling expenses.If we transfer this value to an bank account like an expense and then make a transfer for the employed the bank account have this negative value twice.We don't think that delete this account is correct because we need to justified the payment we want to do to the employee for these expenses.
