I recieve a bill from a vendor for products that are then sold to multiple clients.I wish to allocate the relevant proportion of that bill to each client.I have attempted to do this using "Item Details" within the bill - which allows me to associate the cost with a client - but I then hit the rounding problem. QBO insists on rounding up by a penny, which leaves my total bill value incorrect.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?
Hi, We have recently switched to QB online and have come across problem. In the past we exported to excel desktop from QB's desktop. However we have recently switched our systems to Microsoft Office 365 and no longer use Excel desktop. Is it possible to export form Quickbooks online to Excel online?
I posted last week, and still no further with getting my transactions on my credit card. Is there some ongoing problem with quickbooks software. My xero account is working fine.

Good afternoon everyone, The Quickbooks Web Connector is not working for my company again (not sure why or where to get support for this) so we want to try using the Microsoft Powerapps Common Data Service to feed data to Dynamics 365. Unfortunately, we cannot locate the Quickbooks database in order to connect to it. Does anyone know where Quickbooks stores data for the Enterprise edition? Thank you!

Already tried deleting cookies, using incognito and a different device. Updated account info, get a message saying we are downloading your transactions, then nothing. Just getting constant spinning on the page. This is becoming more than a weekly event now & it's incredibly frustrating, can you just fix it please with the extra money you are earning from putting subscriptions up!
I have just set up a business account with santander and Quickbooks won’t accept it. I’ve now deleted my personal account thinking that was the problem but it still won’t accept it. All log in details are correct as I can still log in to my business account through the santander website. It getting very frustrating, please help.
I click on report, customise the desired 12 month date range, then click on the drop down at the end. None of the options work. Kindly advise how I produce a profit and loss report for 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019. Is this version fit for purpose?
I noticed under the pay history section on my employees profile that it hasn't updated since its very first pay check last Wednesday. This was her first pay check using QB. The other total of £432 was what she's earned so far before using QB. On her payslip the total pay of £576 was correct. Its just not added on the £144. Do I have to update it manually every week?
Hello, We work with showrooms in the US, that sell to end clients, and one of them has described to us a process used by another (US) supplier as follows: 1. Supplier (us) writes the invoice and then sends the Showroom a request for payment via an email link.2. Showroom clicks on the link which takes them through to quickbooks and they enter the details from the clients check they have in their hands and it all magically happens..... ie the check is “paid in” electronically. Same process for Credit Card payments. 3. They then strike through the physical check so it can’t be used twice and send the checks in a bundle (every month) for our records. Is this a process we can do in UK QBO? Thank you, Alice
HiI have created an invoice and saved this as a draft, I have now tried to view and edit this document but the computer is not allowing me it just states that it is retrieving the information. Any suggestions please.Thanks in advanceDebbie
Data for this company was migrated from desktop to online in December. It appears that the journal entries for the VAT return filings from before the migration are showing up as a negative figure on the Sales by Customer Report. They appear as a Not Specified amount. Any ideas why this may be or how it can be rectified? Many thanks
