The second QB account that is giving me the error is subscription based. The first had been cancelled. I checked the Revolut app and there is no QB integration but still, QB error message tells me the bank account has already been connected to QB (not true on the old or new account)
I'm creating a budget for the first time. I have the Budget creation screen open and I'm trying to create my budget so that it's subdivided by Class. The instructions that I've seen online suggest that the Subdivided By drop down list should give me the option to choose 'Class', but I only have 'Customer' available. Do I need to change my settings somewhere?
I want payment instructions field to populate automatically when I create invoices. There looks to be an option to add payment instructions in Quickbooks settings, but I am invoicing in GBP, and EUR, and USD, and have multicurrency turned on, but just can't see how to set different payment instructions/bank account details depending on the currency - can anyone assist?
Unless I'm totally stupid, how can I read my old desktop QB version?I've accessed the online desktop URL...............I've uploaded my QBDT file, now what?The god dam thing has then downloaed the same file I uploaded in the first place?What the heck is going on. I can't waste my entire afternoon trying to sort out how I can actually view MY quickbooks desktop version via QBO's hidious ineffective portal that doesn't explain very much at all

Hi Quickbooks recently when a new class is created, that doesn't appear in the dropdown list of classes in expenses or sales posting. You have to log out and back in and then the new classes appear. This is time consuming and it used not to be like that till a few weeks ago. Can you please solve this glitch? Thanks, Lucia

Hi, I am trying to load Quicken 2004 XG, which runs on windows XP onto a windows 10 laptop for my 89 year old father. He's always used quicken and is comfortable with it, so doesn't want another product. I've installed it using compatibility, but its asking for an installation code, and wont accept the original as its been used on his defunct PC. The number to call is now of course not used, and Intuit themselves have no clue. Can anyone help?
I've sent a request to my accountant but they are saying they can't log into my account with the link. Has anyone any idea what is going wrong.Steve
I really really hate the new QBO app. I have lost the ability to make changes that was able to do before. I have to logon from a P.C. to make some edits. I cannot revise a bill to say paid for one thing. Secondly I cannot add a PO address. It’s very frustrating. I pay more and more money for this app and they take away more and more.
I have done a speed test and confirm our internet speed is very fast. Quickbooks is extremely slow at computing changes; it's taking around 30-40 seconds for one amendment and 50% of the time it kicks me back out and comes back with an error message saying that another user is making amendments (when it's only me that is logged on). I believe it may be to do with the stock levels and amount of transactions it is trying to compute however surely a system such as this should be able to handle the volume of data?A workaround or resolution is needed please if any others have a high transaction business (we are an online retailer)
Quickbooks keeps sending me uninvited screens for services such as using an accountant, using QB services for receiving credit card payments system, for sending invoices etc. I do not want these suggestions from QB, they just add noise and clutter. How can I turn them off?
I am preparing a CT600 return for a UK limited company and I get the error message stated in the Start Date box meaning I cannot continue with preparing the return. How do I resolve this?
