Bank Payments (beta feature) connects to the bank but does not recognize the code sent by QB itself for finalizing. no matter how I enter the code (copy-paste or entering manually) or how I receive it (call/SMS).
I am having an issue payingstat holiday pay to 1 employee only. When I go to pay types, it is grayed out and I can't select it. I have paid this employee stats forever and this is the first time. I also checked others, and it is grayed out but the box is checked..... has anyone else ran into this before????
I don't know why this happened, and I don't know how to delete the account in case I want to try again. Is trying again the best thing to do? Is there another way to manually request additional transactions for a set date range once the account is linked?

Good day, I am having a heck of a time entering our revenue into QBD and I'm hoping someone can help me with figuring out some steps to follow. I work for a non-profit, so we mostly receive grants, donations, and membership fees. What I'm having trouble with is getting the revenue we get via our website and through Square to match up our bank deposits. We use Wix for our website and we receive membership fees and donation via the Wix site. Square only shows orders from Wix as "custom order" and an amount for each transfer. Square also outputs each individual transactions to an Excel sheet, which I am entering by the day of the orders along with the fees Square takes. However, the amounts that are transferred to our bank the next day often don't match up, either because an order comes through after our closing time on Square which is 7pm, or because it's the weekend or a holiday...even if I use the report Square puts out for bank transfers it still only gives me the date of th
We are a small non-profit. QB insists we must upgrade to Advanced as our number of classes exceed 40. This will cost us an extra $80 per month (150% increase) for no benefit to us. Does anyone know of a work-around for this?
My issue started when I accidently entered the wrong amount on a check deposit through our banks online banking app.Basically I put a deposit for $340690.00 when it should have been $3406.90.We download transactions from the bank into Quickbooks online.The bank download transaction shows the incorrect amount and then a ATM/Mobile adjustment for $337,283.10. ($3406.90 difference) So now in the Bank for review it shows both of these amounts Deposit and the correcting entry. Normally when I download the transactions and there is a matching deposit to a customers invoice I click match. This then creates the A/R entry and then the item moves from the For Review to the Categorized in the Banking register. So now how do I fix this? I spent 2 hours on the phone with Quickbooks to no avail. I need to be able to do something with both downloaded transactions and apply it to the Customer invoice.I have researched other articles in the Community but none I found have the same scenar

Since yesterday, when displaying Time Entries, the viewable area has suddenly been limited to about 22.5 rows. There is a second scroll bar to scroll this "sub-frame" within the browser window. Anyone else notice this? Really frustrating. Now I can't even view a whole days worth of time entries at once.
Hi there, I am moving a company from Sage 50 to Quickbooks Desktop and am trying to enter my Sales Tax as an AP item which has already been filed. I have a receipt for a laptop purchased that cost $599.99 before tax. First time entering a fixed asset expense over $500. I am not sure how I enter it. I have read about depreciation seen a lot of different information. A laptop usually lasts me 3 years. What account do I post this expense under (I assume it is "Computer-Fixed Asset"), how much can I claim and when do I post the depreciation amount, 1 year from now?? and what account do I post that under "Accumulated Depreciation-Fixed Asset" or "Depreciation Expense-Expense" and how much again do I post? Thanks in advance. I am using Quickbooks Desktop.
