Hi all, When trying to change the font size for "Message to Customer" on my estimates and all other forms for that matter, the font size will not change to the selected size. For example, I would like to select 8pt font. When I select it, it shows on the editor as a reduced, 8pt font, but once I hit done and save my changes, when I go and create a sample estimate (or any other form modified) the customer message still shows up in large 12pt font.Any solutions to this? Thanks!
My bank feeds were deleted in error. I need to get them back. QB is not allowing me to request the bank feeds now.
The client I work for uses an outside system for invoicing (FileMaker). I am attempting to having invoices sync from that system into Quickbooks Online. I am wondering if I am able to also sync COGS and Inventory line items? For instance, he sells labour and parts. Each invoices should show:Sales of Labour CRCOGS Labour DRWork In Process Labour CRSales of Parts CRCOGS Parts DRInventory - Parts CR Is it possible to import an invoice like that or can it only import the sale line items? I have used another version of QB where invoices were imported by an excel file and was able to import a lot of detail such as COGS and Inventory line items. Thanks!

Hi, I have a store on shopify and all the products & prices are updated but in quickbooks online the names & prices are not updated, is there a way to transfer all products & prices in shopify to quickbooks without having duplicates? the problem in shopify an item would be called for example Body Shower Gel but in Quickbooks the same item would be called Shower body gel 500ml also there are new items which are still not in quickbooks, I hope there is a solution else we would have to do this update manually Secondly we wish to integrate both in which when a customer place an order online on shopify an invoice from quickbooks would be created automatically as we are now doing this manually
Good day, I run a small gift shop in an art gallery at a 70/30 (artist receives 70%) commission rate and I am trying to find out how to record the sales and artist payouts. I can only find instruction for QBO which I tried to follow to the best of my abilities, but got stuck at the point where you have to set up Sales Items because I don't have "Product and Services" in my version of QB and I'm not sure what the equivalent screen is. Another site has some instructions but they are extremely confusing. Our previous bookkeeper used Sage and already had these accounts set up in our Chart of Accounts: Commissions - Gift Shop (Revenue), Gift Shop - Artists Portion (Revenue), and Gift Shop Artist Payout (Expense). We are able to control our inventory through Square and Wix so I don't want to go through all the trouble of creating inventory in another program; I just want to record the dollar amounts for sales of the items as shown in my Square reports.

Customer contact info window has changed. and is now drop-downs on the RH side of the screen. To view any information, each tab has to be expanded. This is crazy and such a time waster! How do I get the previous version where all the info was in one view back?
How can I assign Class to "Transfer" transaction type? I managed to do the assignment through Reclassify function for some , but not all, Transfer transactions. When I tried to correct the remaining ones, I could not find Class field in Transfer template.

Hi, I am currently using QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2021. I do have trouble with setting up the item cost correctly.The U/M for the item is 'Material in ft:in'. The cost is in inches. The Bills from Vendor are in ft.In the Item Setup I divide the cost of lets say $1.10 by 12. Quickbooks saves 0.09167 instead of 0.0916... . This number is then used to calculate the total in the PO. I try to change the total manually, but Quickbooks does not let me do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
Because we have auto add rules set up the reimported transactions are being duplicated in the books. This is making reconciling a nightmare as there are duplicates that are all linked to online banking matches. We are having to open and manually delete each individual duplicate.
Client split Transactions from A single Bank Account to Multiple accounts in Quickbooks online, have assigned these as Subaccounts to the main account but cant match transactions from the online banking link to the transactions entered in the sub accounts, is there a quick way to transfer these transactions so can match with online banking for quick reconciliation? or am I just looking at going through Each Transaction one by one?

Hello,I am trying to create a report for P&L by tag but with the payroll expenses. I tried many things and I can't see to get the details of P&L per job site.I know that the tags for timsheets are not connected to actual tags. Can this be done some way?We are looking for a report per job site that includes income and all expenses including payroll expense.Any idea how I can do this?Thanks for your help!
I have a Visa receipt for a purchase that includes a personal item. QB help says to include the entire amount and then make a deposit of the personal portion into the business account. Personal bank to business bank. This seems fair enough, but is there a way to account for this without making the deposit and still reconcile? Is there not a way to mark something as personal expense?
Is there a way to permanently delete check payment records from prior years?
