recently purchased quickbooks desktop pro 2020 and trying to set up my barcode scanner (metrologic ms9450 scanner) i have tried to enable the avancd inventory settings but the box is grey and wont allow me to click it PLEASE HELP!!
Good afternoon.I have not see it in the Canadian Edition but can anyone confirm if there is Shipping Manager functionality in QB 2020 Enterprise Canada? If Shipping Manager is US only, are there any 3rd party tools to tie in either UPS WorldShip or Fed-Ex to the latest QB.Thank you

My boss and I just reconciled the month of September, but when we printed the report for our records it printed the August report, and we can only access August from past reconciliations. September has disappeared all together, all of the payments and charges for September are all gone, like it accepted our September reconciliation and didn't save it, as we are unable to find it anywhere, nor can we re-reconcile for September. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have watched videos and read your articles. They are excellent and make the transaction sound so easy! My transaction did not do what the articles said it was suppose to do with QB Online. After updating all the bank accounts, the CC transfer payment showed in the QB chequing acct but no payment showed in the QB Visa CC Account bankfeed. Some articles made it sound like the transaction would, also, show in the CC bankfeed before starting but that was not the case. I figured that the transfer would make the payment show in the VISA CC account REVIEW tab but it did not.I started with the chequing acct transaction, opened the transfer and recorded the VISA acct that the payment was being transferred to and selected record transfer. I then went to the VISA acct and nothing was there to match. I checked the bank register and the transfer was there but nothing ever appeared in the FOR REVIEW tab of the VISA acct. Hello All: I am setting up my QB desktop file and am trying to decide if I want to set up jobs for each of my customers. I work at a school and so our customers are the families and students that are our customers generally for a maximum of four years. Does anyone see the benefit in creating a job for each grade level per customer? Currently, we just use invoices, but I am attempting to make better use of my QB file. Najah
Our non-profit has a new treasurer, but she's a Mac user, and we have a user license for QuickBooks Premier Editions 2018, (Includes Nonprofit Edition). Can we transfer our license to QuickBooks Mac, so that we can continue to use QuickBooks? If not, is there a workaround solution you recommend, so that we can make use of our existing user license?
