I have a quickbooks easystart plan. I understand that I am allowed one custom field per transaction type. I created a custom field for invoices but when I go to create a new invoice I don't have the custom field input. How can I use the custom field that I created?

I am now 3 phone calls into trying to fix a case # from months ago and every time I speak with someone, nothing gets done. Or this time, they have send another email requesting I upload drivers license to change my address… I never requested an address change! How is this going so horribly wrong ? Multiple times. Then you can respond to the email so you end up calling again… what kind of them is this?

We currently use Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop 2019. Does Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise offer a way to import inventory transactions from an Excel file? I see some information on the IIF import. I have downloaded IIF import kit but the more I dig, I can't seem to find any solid info on the spreadsheet format for an inventory transaction. We are trying to eliminate how much manual entry we do on a daily basis.
here is the situation: may corp year end is Dec 31. I bought inventory in november 2023 and recorded it as asset, closed books and filed taxes. In february 2024 I started selling my inventory and switched to qbo plus plan to track the inventory. I sold few products; however, it did not removed the sold items and didnt record cogs, only the sale. After activating inventory tracking feature, the items were recorded as follow: Inventory item in Invenotry Assets acct (same acct I used to record purchase in november 2023)Sales to sales acctcogs to cogs acct.qty - whatever qty i had on hand.I feel I am doing something wrong as I am basically recording the same asset to the acct that already has it. How should I start tracking it correctly?

my contract worker has tracked there time in our own Quickbooks Time setup for quite some time. I track my time there too. Normally, I can run approvals for both of us and then export to QB. Today though, she's no longer showing up in approvals. Here time tracked for this last pay period has Billable=Yes.
