My Intuit account was deactivated, I had paid upfront, I have been a client for 20+ years. I have been on the phone on two occasions for over an hour and did an online chat for 2 1/2 hours. I have been told that this will be taken care of however it hasn't. At the end of the chat I asked if this would take another week and they said it wasn't done completely the first time. How long does it take to correct something I didn't cause? I have sent in copies of my articles of incorporation and drivers license. I have done everything requested.
I need to set a "trigger" to let me know when a vendor's insurance has become outdated. I added a field that has the vendor's insurance dates and I need to keep track if it has expired, so I need Quickbooks to keep track and remind me if it is getting close or has expired. These are just on our "Sub-Contractor" Vendors. HELPKatie Roe

I'm currently using Desktop Pro Plus. This is way too much for me and I need to downgrade to a simpler version. I do not want to keep upgrading every year, I just want to use what I have.
Hello, we use QBPOS v19, and I have 2 questions. It would be great if you could answer them. Question 1We sell planters. Some planters come as a set (small, medium, large), and while we prefer to sell them as a set, sometimes we need to sell just one size. If the small size is $5, medium is $10, and large is $15, the total comes to $30. However, we offer a discount if customers buy a set, so the set price is $25. In this case, could you advise on the best way to add these products in quickbook pos? Question 2. We sell houseplants, and sometimes we receive the same plants from different nurseries. When we type the name of the plants into the search bar in "make a sale," it displays multiple products with the names that include additional information, like ADU, which we don’t need to see. I wonder if we can change this to show us the vendor name or vendor code instead? Thank you. Quickbook #POS #Point of sale

Hello, QB Enterprise user here. We have an issue where the latest update was downloaded and installed. When we tried to open the program, it tells us it has to update our company file. It just spins and spins. Will not update the company file. Yes, our file is large, but not the biggest ever. Right now, we've let it go for about 15 hours and it's still not working. Contacted support, and they also couldn't figure it out. They've sent us out to data services, but we're now two days- and we can't do any transactions. No ETA on when it will work. Anyone else have this type of issue? We NEED this to work soon. Can't do paychecks, transactions, or anything at all.

I did not pass the QuickBooks Certification Exam after three attempts and now I have to wait for 60 days for the exam to be available again. After 60 days, the exam is still locked. It says that I have negative number of days remaining to unlock the exam, which means that the exam should have been unlocked but did not. What should I do to unlock the exam?

Our company operates with a German accounting system and we're able to extract our financial data via DATEV export. My legal business name is incorrect when I attempt to set up payments. I have edited my name in settings, clicked the "same as company name" button, but when I exit and reenter, the name has disappeared. Is there a way to correct these issues?
With the new invoice format, line items without a price on invoices show a $0.00 amount rather than not showing anything. The older format would leave that space blank. Is there a way to change that setting? It makes the invoice look messy and unprofessional.

I have disabled account numbers as required. I am using QuickBooks Online Advanced. Is there something else I need to do to do a JE import? Is this feature disabled now? Recently, QBO is updating the new interface with Invoice. It's terrible for me and doesn't work for me because I just need a simple version that's easy to use.I found Wave, an app that does what I need. So I need to export data from QBO and import it into Wave but I'm having trouble exporting the invoice information created on QBO.Please give me guidance on this.Unfortunately, I had to leave QBO after 7 years of use because the new Invoice interface made me very stressed and was not suitable for me.
I don't quite understand the Bundles feature. On QB desktop, we we're able to make "assemblies" and I could make an existing part number the assembly and just "build" it. Now I have to make a separate part number that isn't tracked by inventory for past uses of the part number, and I also can't change the prices on the bundle. I have customers that all get different prices, so a blanket cost doesn't really help me. Is there a way to go around using the bundle feature, and just adjusting inventory without it messing up my balance sheets? That's a major concern for my books. Will QBO ever be upgraded to make "assemblies?" Also, I'm not international, it just wouldn't let me proceed without choosing this product. I'm in USA.
I am trying to help my employer with a question regarding an upgrade he would like to do. He is currently running Windows 10 64bit and Quickbooks 2021 Pro Plus Desktop edition. We have searched but do feel comfortable knowing the upgrade path. We are being prompted by QB everytime we start it to upgrade to the newest version. But the newest version doesn't run on Windows 10. So, should we upgrade to Windows 11, then without attempting to use QB, install the QB newest version? If so will the newest version (2024 I believe it is) open our current Quickbooks file without issue? Thanks for the help.
