Here are the key issues I’m experiencing: eBay sales are being imported as gross revenue with no deductions. eBay fees such as final value fees, promoted listing fees, and shipping label costs are not showing up in the sales order or expense records. As a result, QuickBooks is misreporting the true profit from each transaction. I would like to know: Is there a way to automatically sync eBay fees and expenses into QuickBooks? If not, what’s the best recommended workflow or app integration to ensure accurate tracking of net profits?
Hello, I've recently encountered an issue with QuickBooks 2023 on my Windows 11 system. The software is consistently displaying an error message stating, "QuickBooks detected that a component required to create PDF files is missing." This issue has prevented me from printing documents and reports which is a key part of my work operations. To troubleshoot this problem, I've already followed the steps to repair the XPS Document Writer and used the Print and PDF Repair Tool, yet the QuickBooks PDF Component Missing issue. Hello. I've been on the phone with QB Desktop support to no avail. I'm receiving the communication error intermittently. I send hundreds of invoices out at a time, and I have been doing so for the last 4 years. This has never been a problem. If I select 10 invoices to send (a smaller batch), maybe a few of the 10 will get sent and the rest will not and I receive the message of this topic. This is a pesky intermittent problem. It will take me forever to get all of these invoices sent.Things to know:I use webmail in preferences to email formsI have a Gmail account associated I was having this problem yesterday with Enterprise 22. Upgraded to Enterprise 23 and the problem is still there. I have read on another forum that Intuit is aware of this problem. I had no issues at the end of last month (April 2023). Now all of the sudden it's a problem. If anyone has something that I can try, or knows of a workaround until

Is any one else having issues opening up QuckBooks 2021 Pro Desktop. I can not open a file or restore a file. My company opened fine several days ago. I've tried to fix with QuickBooks Hub. Did Intuit do something to force us to move from Desktop to their Cloud version and pay their now outrageous fees? Thanks. Paul

I am issuing a check to a customer to pay for a credit memo - it was easy in QuickBooks Mac - created the Memo then clicked on the "Refund" icon at the top right of the window and I'd be brought to my checkbook. I can create a credit memo in QuickBooks Online, but I don't see anyway to issue a refund check to pay the customer. Is there a way to do that?

Hello all, I've downloaded a QuickBooks Payment Gateway from a 3rd party app. While downloading I get the error code 80040154. This pops up 3 times. Then I get a message the app was successfully installed and it opens QB. I should get a certificate to agree to but it does not come up and the application is not integrated. I have downloaded qbfcinstaller. I have installed, uninstalled, re-booted you name it. No one at QB customer support can help me. Any suggestions from the community? I'm using QB desktop 22 Pro.
I can see the information in Quickbooks but when an employee logs on to their own paystub in Workforce, the information/details are not there.
We need to maintain both SKU and MPN for items in QBO but do not see a way to have both appear. We need the MPN to appear on purchase orders and bill and SKU to also appear on bills. Our unique SKU is also used to sync with outside applications to maintain inventory and bring in sales from a shopping cart.

Quickbooks shows that I made two payments for federal estimated taxes in January but they categorized both payments for the 2024 tax year instead of posting one to the 2025 tax year. Now the QB balance for my taxes show I'm $3K short. How can I fix this?

Hi, i just added my Chase Credit Card to The Bank Feed Center. But for whatever reason i wasn't able to perform anything from that account. whatever transaction i tried to confirm, add etc. a pop up came up "You do not have access to perform this action. To complete this, request for access from your Primary Admin"the strange thing is that I'm the company owner, I'm logged in as administrator (owner) and I'm the only one having access to this account. does anyone have any ide what that's all about, and if anything could be done to fix it?
Is anyone else having trouble receiving calls from Live Bookkeeping? My phone won't even ring, yet it will show a missed call from them and I am unable to get through to them when I try to call the number back.
