I cannot adjust the description column width on my purchase order form. For whatever reason, QBO (Macbook) is back to defaulting to a very narrow column. I should be able to adjust the width with my cursor; however, it's not allowing me to do that. And I cannot widen any of the other columns, all of which are ridiculously wide. I've spent the entire morning trying to correct this. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I’m looking to switch from QB Desktop over to QB Online. I want to do it correctly for 2024 (or maybe in 2025) when I migrate over to Online version. I own a business doing Amazon FBA. I get my monthly sales report from Amazon. The monthly report breaks down my gross sales, returns, expenses, and what gets deposited in to my checking account after all expenses are paid. Note, as an Amazon FBA seller, we send our inventory to Amazon. Amazon does the fulfillment. We do not invoice anything to Amazon when we send our shipment to them. The way I’m currently doing it is that I record my gross sales, returns, and expenses on an Excel spreadsheet. I only record my income that I received in my Chase bank the amount from Amazon as “Amazon FBA Income”. Because of this, my P&L is never correct, or should I say real time information. For several days now, the email that I receive that lists the invoices that need my attention have all had the invoices listed twice, as duplicates. So for instance, if Invoice 1234 needs my attention, the email lists it twice, as though there are two Invoice 1234s, but there's only one in the system.

I received an accountant quickbooks invitation from my client located in the US and I'm in the Philippines. I clicked the link and opted me to create an account using the work email I have from their company - which I should really do because I have no personal Quickbooks account. Now I successfully signed up and I did. After signing up, a notif says "Your firm already has an account. Ask your firm's Quickbooks admin to add you to the firm's account. Once you're on the account, ask your client to resend their invitation".My client resent me an invitation and when I open the invitation link, it keeps on saying the same thing. I think we are missing a step. Can you please let me know asap for us to fix this
Lately, I have to keep resizing the columns when I enter bills. They are spread very far apart and don't fit in the normal screen view. Has anyone else noticed this and is there a quick fix?
Some of the payments were not included in the account list. How do I get that information to the vendor even though we have already sent the vendor a 1099 for some payments. Multiple accounts for this vendor were used.
Our company uses Desktop Enterprises Contractor 21.0. I am hearing from other businesses that desktop versions will soon be obsolete? Where can I find information on this? Aside from the obvious (one is online and one is desktop) what are the major differences between desktop and online? Advantages? Disadvantages?
