Hello, We have a client who is using 3 different QuickBooks Version on 3 different servers. Versions are:1 QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions - Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 24.02 QuickBooks Pro Plus 20233 QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024Client Wants to dissolve the 2 servers and want to make it one means want to move all the company files under one server and if possible want to use on one dedicated QuickBooks version. I want to know if it is possible to merge the QuickBooks company file that client is using in QuickBooks Pro Plus edition to QuickBooks Enterprise solution or if we can install both Pro Plus and Enterprise Solution one a single server . Will it create any conflict? As I know that there are few QuickBooks Version that cannot be installed on a single server as it create conflict. Please Advice Regards Ayush

When our receipts are getting uploaded into QB, it seems like part of the time its not finding the $$ amount to match it with on the receipt. As a result, I am unable to just match it with the related transaction (or have the system automatically match it up). Is this a known issue? Is the only way to resolve it to download & attach it in transactions instead? Thanks!
I've used QuickBooks for many years. I have one of the last releases before it went to a subscription. Now that I am retired, I don't need all of the QB features and I don't want to pay the $360 annual fee. Is there a way that I can import my QuickBooks data into Quicken? Thanks

Hello all, 7 days ago we discovered that QBO was not calculating a standard T&M invoice correctly. We use QBTime to log billable hours, which are then imported to QBO and billed at the defined billable rates for each Service Item. We noticed that the when QBO was calculating one such invoice this month, the billable rate x the billable hours were off on several invoice line items (QBO was adding an extra few cents to several line items-but not all). For example, if a Jr Consultant was billable at $139.39/hr and that resource worked 12 hours = the total for that line item on the invoice should have been $1,672.68 but the QBO invoice showed $1,672.72 (off by 4 cents). This was the case for several other line items on the invoice but not all. We noticed this same issue on other invoices as well this billing cycle. We notified QBO and a ticket was escalated to their engineering team but no updates in 7 days and each time we call they say they have no updates as to resolution. This seem

I'm based in the United States, and I have been manually tracking my business miles with my vehicle through the desktop interface of QuickBooks Online. I have recently started using a Virtual Assistant in the Philippines to help with my bookkeeping, and I have just taught her how to record my vehicle mileage for me. She has full admin access, yet cannot see all of the previous business miles I have logged for my vehicle. Moreover, when she records new mileage entries for my vehicle, I cannot see the entries that she has made. This seems like a general software bug, but maybe I'm missing something? Please help!

I can't believe finding an answer to this is so hard. Support is useless and no one knows what a CSV file is or what an import is or why someone would want to import from Excel into QBO... it's frustrating. I want to import checks that are actually ACH transactions related to some of our work. Each check can have multiple Categories (Expense accounts) and multiple Classes and Customers. So, one check is multiple lines of information. I cannot figure out how to actually get this to import. The documentation is nonexistent. There is a sample CSV file -- and a sample Excel file -- but the samples don't really explain a lot. From what I can find, this is what the Excel file format should be... But QBO has various problems with each of the permutations I try of this format. The objective is to get ONE check recorded with Check #ACH, with ONE Payee, that does NOT have to be Printed.
