I sync my bank with quickbooks I see everything else but the recurring car payment with the bank is not showing, is there anyone who had the same issue can help me get this done plz.
when i look into it i can see anywhere in my apple account or iTunes account where i have subscribed to QB, i get the run around QB says talk to apple, apple says to talk to QB. Need to get this resolved or ill find a different provider
I have hundreds of bills that were entered into the system before we knew what we were doing. I am in the process of cleaning up qbo and want to remove bills from that time. Is it possible and how do I do that? Can I just delete them since there is nothing at all attached to them?
Price seems to keep going up, and I’m sick of calling them because none of them are from America and I can’t understand any of them, I just need to see how I can lower it because the pricing is getting out of hand
I have a layout complaint. I'm using Windows 10 with QB Desktop updated version. When I open the program the home screen is scrambled. I have My Shortcuts on the left, but the home screen opens much larger than allowable screen space. To get it to fit I have to close it and reopen it, or from Preferences select to not start the Home Screen on opening and then open it after program starts. I've tried saving the settings from Edit > Preferences > Desktop View > My Preferences. I can repeatedly select Save Current Desktop, and it will still open scrambled. I can select Save On Closing and immediately close it, and it will still open scrambled. A new issue started happening not that long ago. I have the Search Company or Help text box open at the top of My Shortcuts. When the program opens it actually creates two instances of this and places the new one in a white bar all the way across the screen. To eliminate it I have to select View > Top Icon Bar then s
We recently began using the warehouse serialized products, where we are scanning in serial numbers for products received and using the scanning devices to capture serial numbers for shipments. The sales orders are sent to the device for picking through the sales order fulfillment worksheet. We are having issues of QB crashing when we open the sales order fulfillment screen.

I have several staff members receiving an email prompting them to log in to retrieve their 1099s. These emails should have gone out to everyone back at the end of January when I submitted them. Do these emails go out more than once? Just making sure there isn’t something I’ve done wrong etc.
Check for a Vendor that was paid via credit card. I will issue a credit for the vendor to clear Accts payable
For some reason, the custom estimate template that came with Quickbooks Desktop Premier 2024 prints unlimited pages even though it is only one page. It used to print fine, but I assume the all the updates created a bug in the template. Use another estimate template that I downloaded online and it prints one page. Is there a way to download the standard custom estimate template from quickbooks again so I can import it.
Since switching to QBO, I've been receiving two pop up windows that I can't get to stop no matter what I do (deny, allow, cancel....) they keep coming back. No one I've talked to @qb11_2 can help. I only have a screen shot of one (below). This one keeps coming back if I click cancel and it won't accept my password. The other pop up asks to share confidential information from my "keychain". Error encountered: "An update is ready to install. QuickBooks Online is trying to add a new helper tool. (Enter your password to allow this.)" [Screenshot removed by a moderator contains PII]
When I run a Profit and Loss by Customer report - the total net income amount is correct. Good there, BUT, I then click on one customer's net income amount to see the Transaction Report details, it opens the Transaction Report, but that report ADDS all of the expenses to the income, giving a grand total for all income & expense transactions added together instead of subtracting the expenses. Why? I want to see the Transaction Report as a detail of the Summary Report for that customer project where the Income is added and the expenses are subtracted to give me the details and the actual net income amount at the bottom of the detailed Transaction Report. I did, after-all, click on the total net income amount to go to the Transaction Report so that's what I want to see. Why doesn't the Transaction Report subtract expenses to give me the same total as on the Summary Report? Did something change within Transaction Reports? Many of our customers still prefer to receive their invoices by postal mail. If the customer's business name and/or address is on the long side, the text wraps for the printed version which makes the address difficult to fit in a double window envelope. [Examples show a fictitious name -- but we do have customers with long business names similar in number of characters]. Bill - To Address Box in invoice creation phaseAbove is an example of the invoice creation phase -- the name and street address fits in the box when creating an invoice. And the Zipcode+4 also fits. (This fictitious address takes 6 lines instead of 3)But here is how that address looks when it is printed (screen shot from pdf file ready to be printed).
