HI - I updated one of our employees to a permanent who accrues leave for the start of the new FY. Today I have gone to do the first pay run and his payslip is still showing up with the casual ordinary hours and no leave has accrued. I've changed the TFN section, pay template and leave template to match our other permanent employee so it should all look the same. Am I missing a step? Thanks, Nicole
I have lodged some payruns with the ATO but it has only recorded one person, not 2 and not sure how to fix this.

When I completed BAS with ATO, where do the figures owed/refunded from ATO get posted to? ATO Clearing Account?
HI, I missed putting in the public holiday for 12th June in a hurry. Am I best to just add to the current payrun for this week and put in the public holiday and put in notes it was adj. No-one worked so normal pay. thanks in advance
I've just discovered an error in the processing of one of our pays in relation to an ETP. Can I fix this when I finalise through STP at EOY i.e. change the amounts to show an ETP or do I have to go back and unlock the payrun and fix from there?
