Hi Guys,The employee is our only casual employee.Their payslip keeps showing 25% loading. I have changed the 25% to 0 in pay categories > casual ordinary hours.The pay slip correctly calculates without the loading, BUT still shows the rate with loading.ie: $30 per hour X 40 hours = $1200 gross - shows this correctlybut also shows Base pay rate as $37.50 including $7.50 loadingHow do i remove the note about loading from the pay slip?So frustrating....
Why can't I Unlock a Payrun?
The ATO has advised closely held employees can be reported quarterly at the same time as the BAS statement, starting from 1st July 2021
are you guys facing the same issue in Australia? No support for Tsheets , no one is answering phone calls, no one on chats, the email support is also not monitored. IT IS GETTING EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!
