I need to create custom reports by tag and tag group. I am using the international version. Can I use all the custom report tools (eg Export, Automatic sending) with tags?I realize the development team has been actively working on rolling out tagging features this year, and some features may be delayed for international users. However I’ve been waiting all year and I haven’t seen any progress. Is this feature in the works? Is it currently available and perhaps I am missing something?If not, is it possible to export tagging data in any way or access it via the API, so I can create my own custom reports outside of Quickbooks using the tagging data I’ve entered in QBO?Thanks in advance

Hello, I have had to upgrade last month the operating system on my PC on which QB Desktop was installed, registered and working well. When running the install exe file again, QB Desktop installs correctly but the registration process fails (possibly because it detects a registration on another operating system). Therefore, I can't use my app and have no access to my QBW file. I've purchased a subscription to QB Online as I was told it was easy to import a QBW file into QB Online. It appears not to be the case. I have now an installed Desktop app that won't run because it won't register online with Intuit, a QB Online version that is no good to me if I can't import my QBW file and a QBW file that I can do nothing with. The support for Desktop has stopped apparently and nobody can help me solve this problem. Has anybody experienced this issue and how was it resolved if it was? What we mean is to reset all transactions from trial version so that actual transaction process will not be affected.
Note this is for cost of sales in particular, but it has not been set up in a parent/child type relationship. Therefore it looks like I have to add each account separetly in the filter option.
