My balance on an invoice is added to the next months invoice how do I stop this as it is putting the real balance out? Can I stop this in settings?

I have been trying to set up customized reports. When I try to customize a GL report to show debit, credit balance....in that order when I reorder the columns to drag the balance column to the end, it always shows up before the debit column.... What am I doing wrong???
I create a PO for 300 of an item, when I copy the PO to a bill and assuming all the items on the PO were filled there should no longer be any of that item's quantity on order yet it still remains. Please advise. Thank you
Hi I am trying to hide my home currency "AED" on my USD invoices, and on all customers related documents. I don't want my customers to see anything about my home currency or exchange rate on his invoices, estimate ...etc for example I turned the multicurrency option on and I created a new USD customer, but when I issue a new USD invoice for this customer, my home currency with the exchange rate are being showed on the PDF invoice to the customer and I don't want that. however no option to hide the home currency in the customization. Please help Thank you.
We have been using quick books for the past few years. From January 2021, a monthly fees of Rs. 412.37 is collected every month by debiting personal State Bank account ending *2975. However out of the blue, yesterday you have deducted a sum of Rs. 1249.62 from my personal bank account. Request you to please refund the extra money deducted from my account ASAP failing which I will cancel your subscription and will also initiate all possible legal action against you. I have done a payment for a one-year subscription by Dec-2022 but my account shows that my account is read-only and asking for payment. Please don't reply to anyone to chat with customer care before solving your useless chat system. It always shows errors only.

I have never had such a hard time getting ahold of support team, besides Quickbooks. I get a different answer each time and a bunch of team members who do not care about helping me find a resolution. I have been scammed by an app integration THROUGH Quickbooks online protal and although Visa is dealing with the Fraud end of it, Quickbooks is claiming NO responsibility for the scam, which fine okay, but they aren't removing that scam company from the app list and still won't help me find a resolution even though it all happened in THEIR program.The chat is absolutely useless on any issue I have had. Getting through to someone to talk to you on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. And when you do talk to someone they have no idea what they are even talking about. I was now overcharged by Quickbooks themselves and I still cannot get through to them to get a resolution?Should I save myself the headache and switch to another software?? We see the subscription rate has suddenly gone up to ₹1059.00 + 18% GST from 21-Jan-2022.The total cost has gone up from ₹162.00 + 18% GST applicable in FY 2021.
