We are a small NGO. I finished bank transactions migration. Bank transactions contained donations. I need to issue receipts for these donations. But when I issue a receipt, I also affect my bank balance shown in quick book. How to avoid this double counting?

I'm attempting to add new categories within the invoice structure specifically for service line items.I've managed to rename existing categories successfully, but I'm encountering difficulties in adding completely new categories. Currently, the only category I've been able to add is the "SKU" category. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. I'm open to a technological solution, including using the API.Thank you very much.
Ejemplo, recibí un pago de $10 y lo quiero imputar a factura #1 por $7 y factura #2 por $3.
OK

Hi, I am trying to account for a foreign currency transfer between two of the bank accounts. However, neither is in home currency. Sending USD to EUR, without going through the GBP Account. There is also a small bank fee (in EUR) that gets deducted and the net amount is received in the EUR bank account. How do I record it when my home currency is GBP?I have tried a clearing account where I transfer funds from USD into Clearing and then from Clearing to EUR. However, there is a slight change in my GBP account because the exchange rate for GBP-EUR and USD-GBP yields different GBP amounts.
A bill from supplier, issued in USD was paid in GBP. How do I have to record this in QBO?
There is no translation using the appropriate exchange rate to convert the USD amount to GHS.
