In QBO, AR Ageing Summary report, there are customer showing with zero balance. even though "Except Zero amount" is checked in customization, also selected "Non-zero" for Show Rows and Show Columns options. Kindly advice with guidance for resolving the issue.

The fixed account shows correctly in the balance sheet, but the current asset (bank / cash) doesn't show the reduction. For instance: Current Asset (bank account) 1000 USD. Then, purchase 200 USD Asset. Now the balance sheet shows 1000 USD bank + 200 USD fixed asset = 1200 USD total assets. How to change this?
My company currently only has one customer as we sub-contract all our work to them and they do the direct-to-customer sales. But we are about to change that and start selling services and products directly to customers. We currently do all of our bookkeeping in Quickbooks Online, and with no inventory to keep up with, it's pretty simple. Once we start selling, we will be doing both online and in-person sales, with at least the online sales being through (most likely) Shopify on our website. How do I bring the online sales into Quickbooks online without looking like I've duplicated sales? Or is there a way to bring in the numbers without the transactions so I can still do accurate reporting?And what about the inventory? If I sell online and in-store, how would I keep my inventory synchronized across both systems?

USD account updating in i can see my balance however other currency account is not. is there a solution to this?
Hi QB Team, The first major change needs to be brought into the Customer Care service of QuickBooks which disconnects the call we do not have the company id as registered with Quickbooks which most of us don't know and even giving them all the company details does not yield any results. They should be able to find the customer details by company name, address also. Seems like they don't trust customers and labels all callers who don't possess company registration details with QuickBooks as "FRAUDULENT". Call is disconnected automatically when you can't answer company details is really pathetic when you are in urgent need of expert advice on the Accounting Software which is not free at all and is duly paid for.... Hello! Once I generate GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports, I am getting the error message - "Something went wrong. We are working on it." I checked other posts and I cleared caches and cookies. I even tried in different browsers, private window and also in different computers - I am getting the same error. All other reports except GST reports are working fine. Can you please help me with this?
The report A/R Ageing Summary report currently showing projects/sub-customer under the Customer heading, this should be under customization to either show them or not, and just merge under Customer.
