I have a custom report which has income and expenditure. I want to add the Tangible Asset where the income is invested to the report, income is purchasing units in a fund. I've tried ticking the box but no luck. How do I add please? Thank you
Hi, I have come the closest I've been so far to producing a report that show a project's profitability, comparing time spent (logged in Quickbooks time, formerly TSheets) and invoices billed to a particularly Donor. I have been going through the steps in the Help guide called 'Set up and create projects in QuickBooks Online' but have become stuck on adding existing invoices and timesheet data to a Project. On trying to add timesheet data, I can't work out how to unlock the previously approved timesheets and don't know what impact this will have (what is the purposes of approving/locking time?). And doing it individually is very time consuming as we have multiple entries for each of our many projects every week. On trying to add previous (paid) invoices, I don't understand why the invoice has to be disassociated with the payment and what impact this will have on my records. HI Everyone, Am I the only one to find the customer statements in Quickbooks annoying ? For some odd reason, the balance column is left aligned which not only makes the numbers difficult to read, but also doesn't look very professional (who ever left aligns numbers ?) and is an eyesore ! It would be EXTREMELY helpful if this could either be fixed or we were given the option to adjust at least some some aspects of the formatting for ourselves - this cannot be a difficult or contentious thing to fix so really hope QBO Engineers are listening.

I have a few accounts in foreign currency, while home currency is USD for example, there are a few GBP creditors.By the end of the year I have revalued the GBP balances.When I request a Balance Sheet Report I can see the correct balance in that account: $44,083.08 for a £36,438.31 outstanding balance.But when I request the Trial Balance and General Ledger Reports I get the $45,279.04 original booking value while the Journal is 0.00.The question is: How to get a trial balance report that matches the Balance sheet report for this balance?
