Whenever I display any report the date is always today. So I can't view my balance sheet for the end of the financial year
I am using QuickBooks Premier 2020. I have numerous bank accounts set up, which earn interest. I need to produce a report which shows the interest earned, but group it by bank account. Currently when I run a report on interest income it shows all interest from the various accounts, but I can't find a way to group it.
We have just set up QBO. Originally I entered customer balance as an opening balance, but that was showing as sales in our profit & loss, which have already been recorded in our old system. So on the advice of my accountant I have done journal entries for the accounts payable by our customers, but I cannot get the VAT to record correctly and the amount owed by the customer is showing as the net amount of 2644.78 instead of the gross amount of 3173.74. What am i doing wrong?
HiThe Pension Contribution report on QBO Advnaced payroll is incorrect but cant be amended. The column 'Pensionable Pay is not taking into account the pensionable earning levels of £6240-£50k.It is reporting on the entire pay packet, it should deduct the £6240 to show the ACTUAL pensionable pay. The report does not allow itself to be edited.

We have a couple of clients that have multiple branches (Accountants) all over the country that want to be set up individually in our system but I'd like to be able to see what their total spend as a group is in a quicker way if possible!
what do you do with an Account Receivable that will not be collected?
