Can we customize our invoices
For example, I have someone who pays some invoices on their business card and other invoices on their personal credit card. When I "add" it doesn't actually add it to the profile, it replaces the one that's stored. Which makes me wonder what the point of the "add" is, since there's also an "edit" option.
Hi,The non-profit that I work for has restricted funds, donations received for patient stipends, research etc. Last year the money in these funds were not fully used. This year we are allocating the money as if the funds hold the $ value from last year and this year although in QB Desktop the value is only the money from this year. Is there a way to make a journal entry to add back in the money from 2023?Thanks
When I run the unbilled report I want to see the PO that was used to create the bill. I used the customize report and selected P.O. #. When I run the report the PO field is blank, but if I click on an invoice, it shows that it was attached to a PO. Why am I not seeing this information?
I just want to see a list of the expense categories!

I tried to link one of my paid invoices to a payment made by my client which QB got from my linked bank account but I keep getting the error "Amount(s) to apply can't exceed the remaining balance" and it's not allowing me select several invoices that equals to the payment made. What do I do?
I have old payment credit being applied to new invoices. System generated from the audit history.
The terms on my invoices are 30 days, and I would like them to be due immediately, or upon receipt of goods. I don't see anywhere in the settings to change that.
How do I change an Accounts Receivable Account to an Other Current Asset Account in Quickbooks Online Advanced?
We paid the vendor which was recorded in QuickBooks online as an expense. We invoiced the customer and the customer paid. After the fact, customer requested a refund. So the vendor issued us a refund on an expense that we already paid. How do I record that in Quickbooks?

I don’t see the snap a picture option
From my dashboard, the TASKS section includes ‘Review 1 receipt’. I click the ‘Go’ button for that task and it goes to the Transactions screen where the receipt is listed. Under the ACTION column, I can select ‘Find a Match’. This takes me to the Uploaded receipt screen where I can select a Payment account to begin searching for transactions. The search results table retrieves only ‘Expense’ type transactions for the selected account. The receipt was for depositing income. How can I match the receipt to an income type transaction?
