The vendor says he has no record of receiving check but it has cleared my bank.
I am working in an accountant's copy for our client and they have open payables that they need closed. I made journal entries to close them, put their names to the journal entries, and I see that the vendors have credits available through the "Pay Bills" section. Since it tells me I need to use the "Fix Unapplied Vendor Payment and Credits " under the "Client Data Review" feature I assumed I would see the journal entry in the payments/credits column but all I see are checks that the client has written. None of those payments apply to the payables I'm trying to clear out.

We received a specific purpose grant. I put the revenue in a project to keep track of the grant activities. How do I code this grant as temporarily restricted income?
I use many classes in QBO, but i have bookkeeper that i only want to give access to only some of the classes, not all. my current qbo plan is basic, which gives accountant role access to ALL my classes, which i don't want. How can i assign or customize QBO so that accountant role can only have access to some of the classes?

I tried to do a "Credit Card Credit" but this transaction wasn't linked to a vendor purchase. It does not appear to be on the AMEX card feed either. How do I recognize it for reconciliation purposes?
