How does Quickbooks think it is okay to increase our subscription by 30%?!! I have been happy overall with Quickbooks but this now has me thinking I need to look elsewhere. No reply will help, just voicing a complaint on the only platform Quickbooks allows feedback.

I created a price rule in error and want to delete it. I can't figure out how to remove a rule from a customer nor how to manage the price rules within the system.
We recently started using Budgets for jobs in QB Desktop versus excel, but any expense that is tracked to that particular job and class that DOES NOT have a budget amount entered isn't showing up on my Budget vs Actual report, but it does show on just a standard P&L by Class. I have looked at the filters, how it was entered and anything that I could think of but still not working. Any ideas??
Are you able to add a subtotal to stock reports? Example - Job Cost Sales, by customer:job, by item. I need to subtotal the item.
We are a service company so we don't ship items. It is important that the project address be displayed. In QB Desktop I was able to change the box to Project Address but QBO doesn't seem to let me do that which is presenting a problem.
Hi, I saw a previous post of how to turn off the invoice reminder emails that get auto sent out. I tried following the instructions however the option to turn them off now isn't there on QBO. Please let me know how to turn off the invoice reminder emails that are being auto sent out. Thanks
We use to different systems (Management Software & QB) and a vendor meets the threshold in total that was paid, but since the payments are processed in 2 different systems, QB doesn't recognize the vendor. How can I override for it to add to the 1099?

If you start a fresh invoice, then select the customer name there is no way to see if they have a farm tax number. We added a custom Farm Tax Number on the invoice, but how can we get it to autofill with an attribute on the Customer Data?
1- I have the ability to export to Excel reports. What I am trying to do is export the inventory list from the inventory center. If you expand the left panel to show "full list only" you see there is the ability to export to Excel. I get an error saying I need full access. My CPA has said I have full access and does not know what to do. See attached screenshots. 2 - She has tried to make me admin and cannot figure that out either. She is retired and would like to stop being admin. Can someone list the exact steps?
Quickbooks cash basis reports are utterly lacking. Anyone have a workaround? Every single journal entry is applied as if it's cash and that's just not true.
Salaries & Wages comes up as a negative number in our Profit & Loss Statement so its not being calculated into the Payroll Expenses. Is there a reason why this would happen?
I turn on progress invoicing in settings. I go to make a invoice. There is no option for progress.I go back and look at settings and progress invoicing is turned back off.I can do this over and over. Progress invoicing will not stay on.

Is there a way to see more of the available reports on the reports page? Only the bottom 1/3 of the page is visible and is very hard to see what you are looking for without scrolling past it when there is such a small window. Seems like an odd layout.

Hi so i have a question on my deprecation expense account . year end i made a journal entry with debit and credit on accumulated deprecation account.But now what happens to that deprecation expense account as it has that debit at year end , do i need to clear up somehow from that account .
So, I'm a little surprised this is not more of a topic of discussion in the group. I recently converted from QBDT to QBO. After all is said and done, I am unable to run a balance sheet - I get an error message, "something went wrong, we're working on it". I actually have 2 different companies, one is my church (heavily using classes) and the other is my HOA which is very basic. After trying everything to get a balance sheet to work, I finally got through to someone in Intuit support who told me this is a known issue, that I'm one of a group of users having this issue, and they'll keep me posted. Now, I know this is a bit of a higher priority for me given that I just converted, but I would think that producing a balance sheet is pretty important and core to an accounting software package. Hello All! I want to move credit card balance off of the Balance Sheet. What would the journal entry look like? I am not sure why I am spacing on this...
When I get an email receipt of a purchase I've made, I can forward it to QuickBooks and it will automatically record it. When I forward email receipts of SALES of my products, it puts in under expenses and I can't find a way to move it to income. Is there a way to forward emails of sales and have it go under income?
