We have about 15 custom reports that were created using the old report formats that we've been using for several years. These reports are emailed via the scheduled report function to various groups of people on the 9th of each month. I've been trying to convert these reports to the newer report format but I'm running into several issues that I hope can be addressed or workable options presented:1) I do not see how to group multiple new custom reports into a single group so those reports can be emailed with one email. This function has existed for a long time with the old reports but now I cannot edit the group options such as email recipients or schedule. (This edit option has been reported to QBO but so far no responses).2) I tried to add the new custom report to a Management Report so I could group them but the custom reports don't report any data, regardless of the timeframe I select. How do I run a sales report grouped by state? I don't see any filters that have the state as an option in Quickbooks Online?

We are trying to run an item report that will show cost, average cost, and retail price. Most important is to have average cost. Currently the only report i can find is the inventory valuation summary, but this is sorted by category. Is there a way to find a part within this report using a find feature?

Yesterday we applied the update V34.od R9 to our desktops. We use Quickbooks Accountant Desktop 2024. With this update, the summarize balance sheet has drastically changed, and the fonts shift on the reports when drilling down or access the reports.did anyone else have this issue and how can it be resolved?Thanks
How does your company handle an employee who constantly charges personal expenses on company AMX?
I am looking for the best and cleanest way to track Campaign income & expenses for a nonprofit. Currently use Classes for our programs and can run good P&L's for that information, but there are times when I need to know what campaign asks funds are coming through. Ex: Did that $1,000 event sponsorship come through the Partnership Campaign or through the Annual Giving Day Campaign. Ultimately the funds are marked as Sponsorship income for a particular program, but with classes I can't use additional information to delineate it. Anyone with experience on whether custom fields or tags would provide better or more flexible reporting on this type of information? Thanks in advance for any help.
Dear Team,In spite of several reminders your team not responding. We are facing lot of issues with new invoice layout. At the time of preparing invoice unable to view and add suggested transactions to Invoice. We have to add all the suggested transactions to Invoice and again we have delete what ever we required. Really this type of invoice process we have not seen any type of software. Without following the any standards for implemented the software development / Technical team without testing implemented the new invoice layout system. Please respond and keep old invoice layout immediately.

I changed my business name a few months ago and went through the settings on Intuit to change every occurrence of my business name and email to the new one. However, when a customer pays with credit card through an email's invoice, my old business name still shows up on their statement. How do I change this?
When I ran our P&L in July for June it has changed if I re-run it today. No transactions have been backdated into that time period since the month closed. How does the report change?
