Looking at some of the questions, this needs to be sorted, this is a paid subscription service that doesn't feature an auto save?
Sorry - reconcile. One of the transactions is a payment to the VAT account (as I paid VAT) and another is a transaction which QB wrongly categorised as a transfer when it was just a payment. I cant edit the transaction type or even see it in my bank register (as I guess it is a transfer?)
I have added some transactions that dated further then my statement went to. It There was only a couple of transactions in the statement so it was easier for me to add them then download and convert a CSV file (Santander does not give you a CSV file) It has marked these payments as cash when they were paid for on my credit card. Is there a way I can move these over to my credit card account?
When i click the transaction I can add a receipt by browsing to a document on my PCi can export it as a PDF and then add it but cant internally select it?

Is it possible to change the system so it displays the name of the sender. On all my transactions it shows "Faster Payment Receipt" as the main header and the only way for me to find out who sent it is to extend the transaction, it would be easier if it just displayed the sender or something other then just a generic title Thanks
I have a customer who always pays cash/check/credit. However, on occasion, like today,he paid part of his $584.00 as:$500 Cash$84.00 Credit Card The sales receipt total is $584.00 When I go to "Banking, Make Deposit", the Entire $584.00 shows up, of course, and I cannot change the $584.00 to $500.00 and add another line $84 Credit Card. How is a split payment method on sales receipt recorded in a deposit?
