Hi I'm just wondering which is the correct category for filing software subscription expenses such as: Office 365 (monthly)?TeamViewer (annual)? it is a remote access app and service Also, should I be listing car and vehicle expenses as personal? I'll be claiming through flat business mileage. Probably some more questions, but that will do for now. Thanks in advance. Simon.
I have set a rule for all my suppliers transactions to go to cost of goods for resale . I have also started taking pictures of all my receipts to store them on quickbooks ... will the captured receipts link themselves up with the already categorized transactions or make that transaction again ?
I am struggling on how to go about this, when the feeds from my bank and credit card gets uploaded, I don't know the correct way of matching this two together.
Hi, Problem: When my bank account is linked to my transactions, all transactions are imported using the same header for meaning all my rules don't work. When expanding the transaction there is more detailed information contained with in the bank description that the rule could reference to work, but it only seems to reference the transaction header. Question: Is there a way to change what text qb references to create a transaction header? Or is there a way to make the rule reference the bank description contained with in the transaction? Thanks in advance
