I am using the QB app on my iPhone.I have been adding transaction invoices using the + button, using the snap receipt option and then uploading the photo.i have noticed that some transactions are showing up as cash and not account. i very rarely pay for materials with cash and use my bank card.What am I doing wrong that these transactions are showing as cash? thanks
I am just in the process of moving my accounts over to quickbooks. I am currently using 1tap to keep track of my receipts/expenses. Is there a way that I can transfer all the data from this app to quickbooks without having to enter every expenses manually as I have already disposed of the physical receipts. Thanks
We currently receive daily transaction reports from a number of different sites, which are entered manually into quickbooks via customer invoicing. We currently use quickbooks pro 2014 - desktop version. If we wanted to import transactions into quickbooks on a daily basis, can we do that?...if so what version of quickbooks would we require? It would be a few hundred transactions per day split over 10 sites. Any feedback would be much appreciated. If you can help and need further information please let me know. ThanksTerry
