UK users please: Does anyone uses Quickbooks online + Etsy shop integration? I need help with the settings (Map tax codes) 😕😕I need my UK orders to be imported with a 20% Vat included and my US orders with 0% Vat included (but without the US state sales tax that Etsy collects). Is anyone else having trouble with QuickBooks Web Connect today? When I troubleshoot I get an error message that reads "Authentication Failed" and when I try to sync with my time keeping software I get a message that says their certificate was revoked (they assure me that is not the case).
I've had endless issues updating the link from the quickbooks app to my bank account. The app has now taken to assuring me that it is linked but does not display any bank transactions. The website version does display the bank transactions. How do I get these to both show the transations?Thanks!
I am working with a Property Management and Development Firm. I am looking to find some third party apps that sync with QBO: 1.) Rental (Payment) History and Credit History of propective tenants2.) Maintenance Work Order System that can be used in conjunction with the mobile app.
How can I reset my phone app to gain access to all my data etc?
They're constant. I don't have payroll, I don't track mileage, stop suggesting I do these things. How can I disable recommendations? I've seen from other threads it's either impossible or hard to do...

Hi, I am a sole trader and I am trying to find a payment platform for my new business which 1) integrates to quickbooks accounting for free and which is nice n easy!2) if anyone knows this bit also: the payment platform needs to pay out to my business account automatically (not like paypal where you have to go in and manually get your money every month) Thanks Alison

App doesn't pick up information I have input in the laptop
Would like to connect my HSBC Kinetic business account to QB but there doesn't appear to be support for this. Will this be coming in the future?
I get to HSBC app, approve connection, get taken back to QB App, then it freezes, have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times to no avail.

The QB shows 3 account under "connected account" on one page and I press back and it rtakes me back to the app
I have migrated desktop company files to Quickbooks Online in the days when you could do it directly via the option under the Company drop-down menu in desktop. It seemed to work fine every time and all historical data was migrated accurately. This pathway has now been blocked by Intuit and we are forced to use the "Move My Books" app. When I tried this I discovered the following shortcomings:Only 2 years of historical data are uploaded.Credit card accounts and converted to bank accounts.Foreign currency bank accounts are converted to GBP bank accounts.Customer and Supplier lists are not uploaded directly but the system tries to work out whether it is a customer or supplier by looking at transactions in the sales or purchase ledger. So if there is a supplier refund it thinks it is from a customer. Consequently the customer list now contains half the supplier list and vice versa.In short, it is all a bit of a disaster and when I took this up with Move My Bo
