How do I create a creditor from a current year expense that has been paid but relates to the prior year. I am doing year end for the first time.
When I re-downloaded the app I was offered a discounted rate of £3.99. Once I clicked ‘buy’ I was charged £7.99. Why is this?
I took out self employed subscription and then subsequently found this option does not support my CIS billing. I queried this and was advised by Quickbooks to cancel the self employed subscription and take out the quickbooks for small business instead. I did as requested and cancelled the self employed and applied the Essentials option, however when the Essentials account setup - it directs me back to the self employed version and I still cannot do CIS but am not paying a much larger subscription fee. I am not sure why the system transfers me back to the self employed version after I cancelled it Help!!!
Quick one, QuickBooks are telling me that after subscription cancellation, I have only 1 year to access my data, after then it will ALL be deleted, yet (other than downloaded reports) they have no way for me to keep all the relevant information, for instance all the receipts I have added to the transaction lines. By law business data has to be kept as we all know for 7 years. Legally speaking this is a requirement that includes QuickBooks, yet they think otherwise. (I know Xero abide by the law here and hold it for you to access for 7 years, for a fee)Anyone else come across this issue?
