We have existing AR accounts set up in EUR/USD/GBP (home currency is EUR and multi-currency is on)Need to create new AR account but currency field is not showing.Can see change currency on other account types (eg. Cash, Fixed Assets) but no longer on AR and APHas something changed on QB (all my team members have same problem)? help please

My client Marcfort LTD had tried transferring billing for QBO to me as accountant a number of times and He has received an email saying pending for me to approve but I cannot see this anywhere when I log in.
We have added the user in QBO under manage users, and we have sufficient space to do this. Its when we try to actually login the user to use QBO, they just keep getting stuck in a loop, that sends authorisation 6 digit codes to his mobile, he inputs the code, clicks continue, and it takes him back to the previous screen and sends another authorisation code. Can anyone advise on a solution please.
Has anyone experienced difficulties in adding an accountant in Quickbooks UK online? I am trying to send an invite to my accountant. There are two methods to do this and both do the same thing. The My Accountant tab on the LHS list and through Manage Users from the Cog in the top RHS corner. When I have entered the accountants email address and click on Send Invite, it then asks me to reset my password. I have to verify the new password and then go to see if the accountant has been added. It hasn't in either case, and I go round and round the loop again. Anyone any ideas? Thank you!
I've created a custom invoice using the correct EZ keys, but when I download or preview my invoices, the quantity doesn't appear. The quantity does appear in the template preview, but not in the invoice preview or when viewing and downloading the invoice. The quantity does appear for other invoice styles that are not custom. Can anyone please help?
Yesterday I made a quickbooks self employed account and signed up for the 50% 4 month discount. Everything went fine, I logged in, connected my bank accounts and started processing transactions and added previous statements. This was all on my PC. This morning I downloaded the self employed app on my phone and signed in. The app told me I needed to choose a subscription or start a free trial which didn't make sense as I'd been using my account the previous day. I went to my PC and signed in there and was confronted with a pull down menu asking for my payment details so I could pay for a subscription. Incidentally this pop up was asking me to pay £6+vat which doesn't align with any previous prices I'd seen. I was pretty sure I hadn't blacked out yesterday and dreamed about accounting software so I checked my bank statement and I can see £4.80 labled as Intuit - Quickbooks so I've clearly been billed for the start of my subscription but I cant log in and see the account I was
At the moment because my payment card expired, QB are defaulting and taking the subscription from my credit card, so I want to put my new card details on and can't see how?
HiAfter amalgamation our Charity is moving all existing payrolls to our existing Adv QBO system. Please advise the best way to import staff data en masse as I don't want to have to put each in individually.Many thanks
