Hi I am a new user, how do I add another company to my account
I am logged into my clients account as an Accountant. They have a lot of things set up incorrectly so I need to be able to go in and change this for them. How do I get full access? I have tried changing the custom for styles and invoice address and are unable to save either. I am sure there will be more as I go foward. Can anyone advise? Many thanks,
Been trying for over a month now and no one at the support team can help. The replies I get from them the links to what they have found out never open. So annoying. I just need to down grade.
