We have successfully installed QuickBooks Pro on a second desktop laptop with the help of a customer service rep via the phone. They had us connect to two laptops together and when they were side by side, the transactions were updating on both laptops, regardless of which user completed them. When the second laptop was taken away from the first one (different homes), the transactions made by the first initial user were not showing up on the second laptop and vise versa.
I had an account for a year, I didn’t want to use it straightaway, but when I did start, I couldn’t access. I asked for help from the support team, they tried, but eventually gave up. I am so fed up I want to cancel my account and when I tried to ring quickbooks, apparently I couldn’t even do that. I have to go through a social forum? I am cancelling my direct debit, whether anyone will see this I don’t know but I have tried. I would like a refund of money I’ve paid out for nothing

In the Employee Management Dashboard, managers are able to click on their employees which then shows their address contact details, which should not be the case. Only Employee birthdays have been selected for Manager view.
How do I add multiple email recipients to my outgoing invoice?
my partner and I no longer use an accountant, since moving to QB. In the past our accountant has processed our invoices/expenses and generated a 70/30 split tax return for us both. I'm suspect I have subscribed to the wrong QB system. We have joint utility bills etc and are not running as a company as we both freelance differently. I have entered all the 2018/19 data to discover it only creates the one tax return. Is there a way/option of dividing the income/expenses in this system? If not can I transfer the account to another of the QB packages that will allow me to do this? Thanks
Hi I cancelled my subscription through apple so I could subscribe through quick books but I don't think it will let me subscribe until 2nd of November. I need to add my accountant to my quickbooks account immediately so I can file my tax return and apply for a mortgage. My accountant has asked if you can change the master admin to them? Is this possible and how do I do it?
