I am trying to amend my business name for my invoices, as I used the trial version before subscribing and didn't fill in all the exact details. In the help articles it says that I need to go into account and settings, but I do not have this option. Can anyone help me to change this please? Thanks
I have managed to set up 5 self employed accounts and been paying for 5 accounts every month since June! I would like a refund of overpayment for 4 accounts please. I will unsubscribe from 4 accounts online. I have brought this up a number of times but apparently with the wrong departments!
I run multiple websites and I want to generate invoices from quickbooks from each brand. I have created an invoice template for each brand in quickbooks, but the customisation fields don't seem to be working properly.Whenever I change any of the company details on any template, it changes it on all the others templates as well.I have spoken to QB support, but all I got from them was "that's how it is designed", which doesn't make any sense.Why would you design it so that it intentionally doesn't work?that is like designing a door that won't open and close.
Does anyone know how I remedy this, I need to provide evidence of all business expenditure covering the past 12 months so I need access to my full billing history!?
