Hello! I have a question. Why is my accountant can’t see statement history, all time she can see only “your statements haven’t come in yet, but we are working on it”, but it can not refreshed. What is the problem? Thank you!
I want to sync my accounts from an external service and import their invoices to the chart of account history (like transactions) but at the same time without creating a bill or invoice. They are requesting that invoicing is handled by them while at the same time the account balance will comprise all the invoice charges from their end. Is there something that can be used here? I tried creditmemo, purchaseorder but I wasn't able to get it to put the charges into the right account. If it can be done from Quickbooks Online, then I am sure I can replicate the process via the API, as that's what I'll be using. Thanks in advance.
I see that Roles with Customer User Permissions is now supported in Quickbooks Online Advanced, which is great to see. But when I try to use a user with custom permissions in the iPadOS App, I receive the error below. Is there a timeline on when this will be supported in the iOS app and not just through the web app?
The details I add in the Pop-up are reflected on the main form, but it won't move past this.
I've heard others had the same issue... so why does Quickbooks still allow the service to be used?

I went to do payroll today and I received a warning message saying "You have 11 days left to use your QuickBooks Desktop payroll subscription." We are up to date with our monthly payments. Does anyone know why?
Hello! I am supporting a customer whose ADVANCE payments are not going over to their QB Desktop 2023. She is exporting an .iif file where the mapping, codes ADVANCE payments with the word 'CHECK'. This name does not seem to be working for QBD 2023. We are trying to find out what is the new word or 'VALUE' that QBD 2023 will identify and accept as VALID. - Thank you.
