I wanted to see rather than paying for 2 seperate quickbooks account if there was a way to make it a dual account and can click on city A then click into city B.

I also cannot respond on the app. I've typed a nice response through the link in my email, which then forces me to login, but will not let me log in ! so frustrating. It accepts my first login entry but then wants a second authentication which just will not work. It doesn't allow me to click anything. like the page is frozen. Ive updated the app thinking that was the problem and it still won't work.

I need to back up my company and all the data. I cannot find this feature and the help chat said I cannot download a copy of my company data. How to back up my company and all of its data?
I submitted the required documents but the page kept thinking and i'm not sure it everything was accepted or not.
QBO User Permissions I need to have my staff be able to have access to the financial statements and reports but NOT payroll. Prior to Jan 2024, I did have QBO users and roles set up so that the users could run financials, and be able to drill down into any account in the Chart of Accounts, however; there was an update released sometime in January 2024 that broke this. Now the roles and user permissions are too restrictive and terrible. It would be beneficial if someone could take a look at QBDT user permissions and replicate this in QBO --- or at least roll it back to pre-Jan 2024, when this actually worked for us.
I do this export every week, no problem before. The timesheet otherwise behaves normally.
How to cancel subscription?
I transferred membership from my accountant to myself and resub scribed. I cant sign in, its stuck on "Thank you for your patience We have received your request and we will process your sign-up shortly". I need to run some reports, how do I get back in?

signed up for QuickBooks for the environmental group, Slocan River Streamkeepers, that I work with. Your offices emailed me a bill on 21 October, 2024. The Streamkeepers board members had decided to manage books in another way, so I cancelled Intuit services via Unsubby on 29 October, 2024 (confirmation received by me, by email, on 30, October 2024). I believe my account was paid up as far as reflected in the 21 Oct bill. I see that you've billed me on 21 November, 2024. I assume this is for services in October, although we’d made no use of QuickBooks in that month. Please clarify, and assure me that will be the last bill I receive from Intuit. Thank you. Joel Russ
Hi, I just bought an Quick Books Desktop Premier Plus 2024 on amazon.ca from Arisht and I wonder why I am stuck on the QuickBooks Registration page. The reseller Arisht told me it's because I have a wrong browser... does it make any sense to you?
I collect deposits from customers before starting work often. I like to invoice them for this because it clearly states how much they need to pay, where to remit payment, what it's for, plus having documentation on both ends provides a level of security. I can definitively invoice them, then create the final invoice with the amount subtracted, but what I don't like about this method is that it won't show the total amount of services provided on one single invoice. What would be an effective way around this? One thing to keep in mind is at times the final invoice total can be more or less than the estimate due to change orders.
Originally my billing was tied to Google. After reaching out over several months, I finally got my subscription updated to include payroll. I went to log back in to my QuickBooks and my previous subscription has been deleted along with all my data
There seems to only be Paper cheque and Direct deposit.
