When I entered a new customer for an estimate I noticed I misspelled it and I need to correct it? Is it a quick fix?
I am not finding that Intuit/Quickbooks billed us for May 2024. I checked the bank records and also went into setting and subscriptions and did not find any bill for May 2024.
how can I change my account from business view to accountant view?
We have been using QuickBooks Online for a couple of months and have been using the new layout for our invoices. We set up price rules for different customer types, and previously, when creating an invoice, the system would automatically apply the correct product prices based on the selected customer and the defined price rules. However, for the past two weeks, the price rules have suddenly stopped working. Now, when we create an invoice, it defaults to the standard product prices set in the inventory, completely ignoring the price rules. This is very frustrating because price rules are a basic yet essential feature for invoicing and customer management. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or is it just us? I also contacted support and went through several troubleshooting steps with screen sharing, but they were unable to resolve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My Quickbooks currently is linked to an Apple subscription. I'd like to switch it to a different payment method and disconnect it from the Apple system. Any advice?
I can’t use my QB. I don’t really understand it.
Our users are asking if we can add or modify the Tax Line Mapping options in our QB Desktop 2024 Platinum Plus system. It does not appear that modifications can be made to this list. Is that correct? Thanks.
I work for an accounting firm and we have clients that use QB Pro 2024 desktop. We also manage some clients books utilizing QB Pro 2024 desktop. We don't want to go to the Online Edition and our clients don't want to go to the Online Edition. I read somewhere that we were no longer going to be able to use QB Pro for desktop. Is this true? We still get new clients that we would like to add a new company to QB utilizing our desktop version. I want to make sure I can still continue to add new company's and manage their books before I set them up and find out its not going to work anymore. Can someone give me some insight to this change? Am I going to be forced to convert all of my clients to the online edition (which we don't want to do and may find another bookkeeping software before ever doing that).
There's a vehicle in my account that I would like to remove. I don't see a way to do this.
Hello, I took over the books and the CC charges were never entered, rather just a payment made. Vendor payments had to start being charged on a regular basis so I thought it would be a good time to get the account upto date. My good intentions paved a road to HxLL. Long story short, I started reconciling the account when I had a prior balance of $0. There are payments and entries dated years back showing when I do current reconcile. My prior post helped me fix my issue, but now I have a negative balance. How can I fix this issue without having to reconciliation all the input. I have the receipts and records showing the account was paid to the date to which I started reconciling 8/31/24. The accountant has closed the books for the prior years so I can't go back if I wanted to. Thank you!
Do we need another PCI compliance provider in order to prevent any penalty fee?
I am a bookkeeper that set up a QBO for a new clients. I am out of users for Essential and I simply need to edit a user. But when I do that, the new users does not get an evite to QBO. He is a new QB user, and needs an account. When he adds an account, it appears he has no choice but to purchase a product before creating an account. Since he should have access to the account already, how do I get him into QBO?
I received an invite email/link to join a company account. I accepted the invite and have an account already. When I go to log in to QuickBooks Online, however, I get a page saying “There are no companies for this account.” When I go to accept the invite again, through the email, it says the invite was already accepted and proceeds to the login page. Same error page comes up. I can log into my personal profile, but not the company access.
