I need to delete the check with the wrong number. I cannot seem to find a way to do this from the check register. What is the way to do this?
My Client has QBO Elite payroll.They have an issue from 2024 payroll. Issued a case ID on 02/06/2025, and response said it would be 30 to 40 days to get a response.It's now been 39 days, and they haven't dealt with it.I get no response to it, they can't tell me when they'll get to it.If this is Elite payroll service, I can only imagine what regular payroll service is.Is there anyone I can speak to?

My solopreneur account has no transactions in it currently, and self-employed has many. I'm noticing that the switch to Solopreneur is now indicated in Settings. Yet, there is no data.
Hi all, Our online account was hacked last week, and the hacker added their phone number for 2FA. We urgently need help because we can't change the phone number or do anything since it always sends the code to that number. There's no option to send the code to an email or any other way. We tried filling out the account recovery form, but the request was instantly rejected, even though we provided all the correct information matching our driver's license, etc. There's no phone number to call, only an email to [email address removed]. We received an initial automatic reply but no follow-ups for several days. We have a business to run and can't do anything without bypassing the 2FA requirement. Has Intuit abandoned their customers? What do we need to do to get help?
Hi, I have a large number of reconciled and deposited transaction showing in undeposited funds. I assumed that transactions once deposited into their respective bank accounts get removed from the undeposited funds account so you don't end up with a large balance in this account. If they should clear out of this account once deposited how do I removed these? I can't change the deposited to box on the invoices as its locked down as they have already been deposited. My bank reconciliation report is still showing the name of the previous treasurer who has been gone for several years. How do I change this? I've looked at all of the tabs in "Manage my account" and none of them still have her name attached. Where is this setting? [Image Removed]
I work for a trade service business. Our technicians are responsible for writing estimates, invoices and collecting payments. They have been equipped with card readers. Currently they cannot use these card readers, as their role no longer has access to the mobile app, and I cannot find an option to allow them access to it or GoPayment.
I am watching videos of how to add a user and it says to go to the settings wheel icon and then hit 'Manage Users' but I do not have a 'Manage Users' option
